They took cups away. Now you have to wait FOREVERE for a single cup. No one ever remembers it either. I always have to stand there like a jack@$$. Then they're like, "What are you waiting for?!"I feel so stupid just waiting for a stupid cup and getting treated like an inconvenience for what I have already paid for.It's not even worth it man.

Shaunna I believe she is the cafe manager. She handled a situation beautifully as a manager. I used to be a manager for 6 years. And I understand what it's like. I ordered on the panera app. As I always do and I'm right next to my building. And I ordered $65 worth of food. And for some reason it didn't come even 20 minutes later after it was supposed to be there. And the delivery service must have taken the food. So I went up there. She apologized very sincerely and made sure to make the food fresh and quick and put me on priority. And I appreciate The amazing service, the whole team behind the counter that works on That shift should be commended and should get a pay raise. I will definitely be back many times in the future. I hope I spelt her name correctly. Great service guys keep up the good work.

If you're going to dump the coffee at 8:45, then close at 8:45. If you're going to say that you closed at 9:00, then leave your coffee up until 9:00 p.m. don't screw your customers over that couldn't get to your store in time.

The food and service was pretty standard as far as Panera locations go but this specific store was the dirtiest I've ever been to. Trash and food littered the floor everywhere, the seats were heavily soiled and stained, the tables were sticky and there was visible mildew on the outer area of the ice dispenser.I will avoid this place in the future and advise others do the same.

Apparently they can’t read orders right atleast 3 times we have ordered when the order shows up we are missing things. Try to call and of course they do not answer. The manager either needs to be fired or learn how to do the job.
Esther was a wonderful help and dud so much to help me during my visit. She deserves whatever praise you give her.

Went to the store to pick up and order and stood right in front of the pick up bar for 10 minutes. The lady never said anything to me and a guy walks up and she spoke and asked him what he ordered. Working in customer service it shouldn't be hard to be nice and for that experience I will never go there again

Wanted some chicken noodle soup and this seemed like a good place. Soup was ok, and came out fairly quickly. Could have used more, but it's tasty. It's usual Panera, nice atmosphere and lots of seating. Bread with soup was good, as well as fresh.

Food is so thrown together and sloppy I threw it away. Such a waste of time and money. My avocado egg white sandwich had a tiny sliver of avocado on it that was brown and unsightly. The spinach was soggy and all over the wrapper as well as the egg. Nothing was on the sandwich. We left and had to go get food elsewhere.
