ABSOLUTELY DO NOT ORDER HERE, ESPECIALLY DELIVERY!!!! I ordered through the Papa John’s app the other night while at work at a medical office building Next to the hospital. It was $50 and some change. They cancelled my first attempt, so I tried again. Hours later, no food, no call, no text… so I called them and was told that they were using door dash that night and only delivers to the ER. I’m not even in the hospital and can’t just leave my patients… I called the ER and security and was told they never got the order either. I called the store back and the manager was rude and gave me ridiculous answers, but offered a refund. They only do “partial refunds”— funny bc I didn’t receive a partial order. They STOLE $16.77 from me and Never offered to actually rectify the problem. What did the $16.77 go towards?? Thanks for Stealing from me and letting me go hungry. What other business acts likes this?? Shameful! Thieves!

Horrible!!! I placed an order and waited for over an hour and still never received it. Then I call to figure out whats going on and they said it was already delivered. B.S.!!!! I had to call the 800 number to get my money back and didn't get an apology or anything. Unacceptable and Never again!!

Ordered on-line and was told I could get 2 liters of soda. Then had a delivery driver call me to say they do not have what I ordered. I instructed them to bring me an equivalent amount and then the store called me to say they had no two liter Diet Pepsi and would take it off my bill. I ordered and wanted soda and would have bought more small bottles, but your people did not offer to sell anything or provide options. Instead, customer service was awful and you lost sales because of it. Completely ridiculous and horrible communication and obviously this particular person is not customer oriented or sales oriented in any way!

Locks door as customer is walking up, 5 minutes before posted closing time, proceeds to say they cancelled the order because they stopped taking orders at that time. Was placed 20 minutes before close. I know Saturday nights might be long and sucky but I don't ever remember being able to close down, on a prime night, early and turn away customers.

This place screams cross contamination. I went to pick up my order and while I was waiting i couldn’t help but notice the lady handling the dough. I watched as she tossed the dough by hand then proceeds go into a room touching the door knob with her bare hands, then a goes and touches some sort of tablet, comes back & continues making someone’s pizza without washing or sanitizing her hands.Then ANOTHER lady who was packing orders, taking people’s orders, and doing a number of other tasks goes and start putting toppings on someones pizza with her bare Un-washed/sanitized hands. This is completely unsanitary and very disgusting. Do not eat here unless you want to get sick

I had an interview with Papa John's on Cason ln Thur 21st and the people were nice the on shift leader was courteous and very respectful. I hope to get the job with them because it would be a great experience working with people who seem to care for you as a person.

I've never had a worse experience with any restaurant in my life and I'm 62 years old! I don't know if they got the order right or not, as I never received it. As the driver approached my area I went outside in my driveway with a flashlight and watched as he drove right by my house, then turned around and did so again...and again, and again...in all he passed by me 6 or 8 times and each time except the very first time I waved my flashlight at him, once he pulled up to my driveway not 20 feet from where I was, looked at the mailbox and then drove away! Unbelievable!!! He went up and down streets that were the wrong streets, blocks from me. In the end I don't know what he did but I gave up after about 20 minutes and went inside to call the restaurant. This branch has HORRIBLE service! In all I called 14 times, twice someone actually answered and said that they would get the manager, then put me on hold and no one ever answered the phone. The other times someone would pick up, set the phone down where I could hear them waiting on a customer, once someone screamed "asshole" into the phone and hung up on me. I was never rude, though I was firm, I wanted to speak to the manager. I finally reached one guy that gave me the number to what I assume was corporate headquarters where someone took my complaint and cancelled my order. So in all I wasted about an hour and a half for a pizza that never arrived, was repeatedly hung up on at the store and at almost 9pm I still haven't had dinner.

We ordered tonight and didn’t get our food delivered for 1.5 hours. Then when we got it there was no dorito dust on our papadias and two of the papadias where not made properly. We called to get it fixed and reached the call center who then had to transfer us to the store. The store would not answer and so the call center gave us a second number to call. That phone number no one answered either. At this point we just wanted a refund. Yet no one answered our calls. We also didn’t get a receipt, no apology from the delivery driver, not the right food, and no way to get this resolved.

Since the last awful experience. There has been considerable improvement. Delivery was on time and the food was all properly cooked and exactly what we ordered. I will once again be ordering food from here.
