Just moved to Murfreesboro and was excited to try the vegan pho. No one was answering the phone so we drove the 15 minutes to Pho Viet and arrived to a sign on the door saying they were closed until further notice due to staffing shortage. It would be helpful to change the google status as temporarily closed instead of open. Huge bummer.

Tried this place for the 1st time today. Didn't disappoint...Pho was delicious and service was great. Def coming back to try other menu. Highly recommend!

The food is delicious and tastes just like home. I am glad that the spring rolls are what I expect them to be! Couldn't find them in any other Asian restaurant without it being fried like egg rolls. I went here a few days ago and- this is important to note- but they are open only on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday due to short staffing issues. Other than that, the food filled me up quite fast. ?

the food is always really good but these kids are kind of annoying...editTHESE KIDS ARE REALLY ANNOYING!!i would really love to enjoy my meal but these girls are so disruptive

Pho was pretty good. My husband ordered bun ga nuong that was very dry and had not much in it besides noodles. The vegetarian spring rolls were basically nothing but lettuce.The place is run by young kids. When we walked in the “hostess” did not say a word to us, kept looking at her phone the entire time, and just showed us where to sit. The waitress did not check on us at all to see if we needed refills on water. Probably won’t be back. There are much better options out there for this type of food

The food was pretty good. The service was not great and was slow. We were charged different prices from what the menu said plus a take out fee.
I love every item I’ve ordered here. Highly recommend the beef pho, vegetarian spring rolls (their peanut sauce it comes with is amazing) and the deep friend veggie rolls too. Service is consistently good. We are now regulars.

My husband and I called this place and asked them for a well-done Pho specifically because I am breastfeeding. By the time he got home from picking up the order, we were surprised that it is still raw. We called them and the lady just told us to use the broth and cook the raw meat. It made me really upset! Literally it says on the menu well-done meat as they have different categories for raw meat as well. It is my first time having a pho that is ordered well-done and is expected to finish the cooking for you. WORSE is the bloody meat are mixed with all the vegetables in the container. How am I supposed to cook them when the meat takes longer to cook than the vegetables but I have to dump them all in the pot because they're all bloody?!!!! This is so AWFUL! I've never had a pho packed like this!

Placed a to-go order. I got the large chicken pho. After I arrived to my home I unpacked the contents and was very pleased. The noodles, chicken, broth and side were plentiful. The pho had a very good taste. This place is definitely a hit.

Consistency is key for me. I want the same level of both service and amazing food every time I visit a restaurant. For this reason I have become a regular at Pho Viet. Love their veggie eggrolls, beef pho, and grilled chicken bahn mi. Everything is so tasty and good portions. The owner is also very warm and welcoming, as well as the waitress. A++ Worth the trek across town.
