Paid for extra cheese(2.00)got less then I do on a regular, the chicken was under cooked especially in the middle of the pizza where there was a pool of grease festering. Upon pickup my pizza was brought out by a lady with colored hair extensions that seemed to go to the floor(goldielocks came to mind) no hairnet, no gloves, no health department protocols at all, I immediately thought what have I traveled across country to order this for that. My gut lived up to the experience as this was one of the worst Pizza Hut pizzas I have had in a long time. I couldn't eat half of it as the meat toppings that were missing the extra cheese I paid an extra 2.00 dollars for was under cooked. Simply ate the crust and called it a night and a wasted trip. i took pictures, but I won't share as I am giving the benefit of the doubt this was a bad night and the next order was perfect.

Today I ordered a personal pan pizza, garlic knots, and cinnamon sticks. I ordered my food at 12:21 PM. I hadn’t received my food until 2:19 PM. My food wasn’t hot it was warm, nor did my garlic knots have marinara sauce (may have been my fault). I used to work fast food, I understand if they had low staff, or if they had a lot of orders before mine. But they usually don’t take almost two hours to receive, make, and deliver my order. I live off Cason lane, so they are not far from me.
No Pizza Hut on that place.. I just waste my time
