One guy was really nice he was cleaning the dining room and talking to me very nice guy I think his name is Rick but another guy in the back started yelling at him as he was going back to the back about the spicy chicken and he told him I'm not been back here I didn't sell your spicy chicken I had one order it was for a chicken sandwich I've been in the dining room cleaning and dude was rude and the nice guy Rick was going on break and said you know what I'm a grown man you're not going to talk to me like some child and all I heard was yelling from assume the manager and the guy that he was talking to it was way out of line.... Overall very unprofessional except for the one guy that was getting in trouble.

I was not happy with the service or food. My tenders was not done my legs still had feathers on them. When I called to speak to the manager they answered the phone KFC may I help you then hung up. I called back and asked for a manager to be told to hold on. They sat down the phone and no one ever came to the phone I drove back there still on hold asked for the manager for them to give me ugly mean looks. Showed the manager that I was still on hold waiting for her to come to the phone. Showed her the issues got my refund only to hear the employees saying that next time I should just cook at home. They not paying attention that the phone was still connected to my phone so I have it recorded of them saying it. I will not be eating here anymore but corporate will also be getting a copy of the recording.

Went three weeks ago and left 45 minutes later with food. Ordered on app tonight—2 spicy fish sandwiches and sweet tea—left with two plain fish sandwiches with no sauce or pickles and unsweet tea. Starting to think this place wants to be shut down.

Use the app because most times you use the app you get your food quick. You don't have to wait but not here. I'll pull up in the line the and wait behind two cars for 15 minutes. Go inside. They don't even have my mobile order and wait another 10 minutes. Don't get a drink because I don't have time to wait on them. They're going to make me late for my lunch break And they're literally 3 minutes away if you want. Chicken Popeyes is fine. Just not this one. They had plenty of people in there the Drive-Thru is backed up with one and two cars for 15 and 20 minutes at a time and the drive-thru attendant could care less. He's just walking around going to the bathroom doing everything but taking orders. So do yourself a favor and go elsewhere

Great meal today I usually come here for lunch during the week but haven't in a while so decided to grab a Sunday meal. The guy taking orders in the drive thru seemed a little new at it but he was still very thorough and courteous. Food was ready real quick and everything was cooked to perfection. All our sauces we asked for were in the bag and even napkins. We had chicken tenders, classic chicken sandwich, popcorn shrimp and sweet and spicy wings. My first time trying Popeyes wings, they know what they are doing.

I was left waiting in the drive threw for over 30 minutes while waiting on 2 door dash delivery's. Slowest service I've ever received IN MY LIFE. Avoid this location if your trying to do door dash quickly. Always a very very long wait.

I place a mobile order at 5:15pm got to the store about 5:30pm waited for food and got it at 7:10pm. The store manager was doing her best trying to keep things going. Maybe don't have so many people be training on a Friday night during the dinner

We ordered chicken sandwiches and they smelled disgusting and tasted off so threw them away and noticed the trash smelled the same as the chicken sandwiches. Very disturbing. They also forgot the fries. Luckily the staff were kind enough to give us a refund, though they were yelling just about the entire time we were there.

This was a disaster. New manager and it seemed the only person that knew what to do was cooking and the young lady at the drive thru. My order was $65 for a big family dinner I ended up waiting and 45 minutes even though the food was already done. Problem was the drive thru was a priority door dash was a priority and the orders just kept coming. Unfortunately I went inside first they had trouble ringing up a 20 chicken dinner then my ticket just kept getting pushed over. The next customer behind me ordered a 12 piece and they tried to do his order before mine and he stopped then and said I had been waiting too long already. Instead of the manager helping at the front to get orders out he's in the side area making mashed potatoes and gravy sides. I was shorted 2 breast and given 2 thighs instead were mostly a white meat family. The red beans and rice was about 75 percent beans and very little rice. Mashed potatoes and gravy had maybe 2-3 table spoons of gravy. I had an hour drive home and I should have checked it before I left. But after the 45 minutes wait we were ready to go I had just got my husband out of the Rutherford Hospital and he was miserable. Then the guy stuffed everything into small boxes which busted out and peed the side in the big plastic bag which they feel over and spilled( they should have been in a separate bag). So the entire experience left me very unhappy $65 for a meal that was not worth it. Salt we don't have a Popeyes in McMinnville and really was excited about it that's why I stopped there. I won't make that mistake again.Very unhappy customer here

This is the most unprofessional place I have ever been to. The guy at the register turned around when we got to register and never acknowledged we were there. Waited 10 mins and never even acknowledged or greeted us. He never washed his hands after handling money and was not wearing gloves and scratching the side of his head. We finally left and I guess we dodged a bullet. The management here must suck
