This Red Lobster is the one restaurant I always go whenever I go to Murfreesboro. The best service and atmosphere ever. Great people there
We ordered a "to go" order and arrived about 15 minutes later. Once we got to the "to go" parking spot, we followed the instructions on the sign in front of us. They told us we would have our order in a few minutes. My partner and I scroll our phones for about 30 minutes while waiting. We check the confirmation order to make sure we didn't mess anything up. After another 10 minutes, I went into the restaurant to see if our order was ready. There was someone else waiting inside for their order before me. Three different servers looked at the tag on the bag near the front while I was waiting. After that person received their order, I was able to ask about mine. Mine had been sitting there the whole time. I got my order and it was already cold. It had been sitting there for quite a while. I was not impressed with the service nor the food. If I hadn't used a gift card, I would've requested my money back and left the food there.

Run as far away from this place as your legs will carry you. We sat for nearly 30 minutes with even so much as a greeting or even offered a beverage. We only found out as we were leaving that we had been seated in closed section. The host should have known better and the manager should have been more aware of his surroundings. Besides, we can get the components for Shrimp Linguini and Cheddar Bay Biscuits at Kroger anytime.

If I could rate a ½ a star I would , the host looked at is like we where beneath him, after being seated we waited 30 minutes(as did other tables) even though the entire restaurant was dead save for maybe 5 cars in the parking lot, we and other tables got up to leave, only for a server to offer the excuse " it's only my 4th day" and a winded manager to say that we had been seated in a closed section ( yet 2 tables in that section had recently received service), either the crew and management team are incompetent or lazy or both, was supposed to be our 1st time at RL but if we are to be ignored like this we won't be back, and I urge everyone to just avoid this place, idk whats supposed to be going on here, but it would be a great place for a restaurant!

I called in a to go order on Friday, April 5 about 6:40. The associate said about 20. I get there and an associate said not ready. They are busy. I have to ask 3 different people about my order. All in all , it took 30 minutes to get my food. I know Fridays are busy , but I wish the associate would have given me a more accurate wait time given it was busy. I am annoyed that my food took longer to prepare than what wait time was quoted eventhough they were busy. A 20 to 30 waittime would have been better plus I had ask 3 different people about my order
The food was amazing- The Cheddar Bay biscuits were definitely the best of all the Red Lobsters that we have visited. The service was excellent and TJ outdid himself as our server.
Completely not worth it. 80.00 down the drain. Steak over cooked. Cajun chicken pasta literally had no alfredo on. Glad I paid for extra alfredo to have.

Service and food were spectacular! We ordered 2 lobster and steaks for $25 each, upgraded for about $3-$4 ea. more for filets that were cooked spot on. You get one side, we ordered crispy Brussel sprouts that were also delicious. I ordered a fresh side salad with a pineapple mango vinegriette dressing that split into 2 separate servings by the waitress before serving.The unlimited shrimp pick 3 @ a time was also ordered at our table. Every item she ordered was delicious from coconut shrimp, pepper garlic shrimp, shrimp scampi, grilled shrimp, along with those yummy fresh warm cheddar biscuits.We arrived around 4:15pm on a Friday. It was the perfect time to beat the crowd and enjoy our meal. Our waitress said we came at a wonderful time, she was very attentive our entire meal even after a couple other tables were gave to her. Definitely a 5 star dining experience for food, staff and atmosphere.
Honestly I was a working for Red Lobster I’m just going to be completely honest how this place operates. I got fired cause the employees loves to bully people and i got plenty proof. Yes they do talks about customers especially when yall are complaining about everything or yall doing to much. Yall really think the managers come to the table out the blue when they don’t the employees come back there talking junk about yall so that’s why the managers come out there to be yall bestfriends to try to make everything better
