I ordered a simple pepperoni pizza to be delivered through Slice and the pizza was undercooked and the cheese and pepperoni were on one side of the pizza. Absolutely awful experience! I spent over $40 to have this pizza delivered!!!

I’m not sure how their food is, but I can tell you the customer service is atrocious. I placed an order 5 days ago and immediately called and canceled because I wouldn’t be able to pick it up. When asked for a refund, I was told nobody in the store could process a refund since there was no manager in. They told me the manager would give me a call back later that day. I called again later right before they closed and was told he would be in the next day. Fast forward 5 days later and the same thing has happened every day. It shouldn’t be that difficult to call when a manager is working. Their pizza looks good, but I can tell you their customer service is absolutely terrible. Whoever is the manager for this store needs to rethink their current management style.
