NOT RETURNING! Beware, review your bill before paying. My daughter and I stopped by for lunch on 8-19-23. Food was slow coming but ok. However, after eating and reviewing the check, there was a 20% gratuity added on our bill. Let me remind you that a TIP is not a mandatory requirement neither is the % of a TIP to be made by the establishment. A TIP is an extra bonus solely determined by the customer and to the service they received. I paid in cash, minus any TIP and explained to the cashier why he received no TIP and to notify his boss the reason for my decision. A business that adds a gratuity charge to it's customers bill is committing nothing less than theft. Gratuity is my decision, not theirs.

We waited an hour and no food. Server said that it “sometimes” can take 40+ minutes to make a kids pizza. No manager on duty. We’d have been understanding if someone would’ve checked in with us during that hour. One app came, then another 30 minutes later. I laughed when the server told me she would take the pizza off the bill and only charge for 3 dinners when we had NONE. We don’t eat often and it’s usually for a special occasion. We often chose sauce for these, but I doubt we will be back…you can’t even submit to contact them directly anymore. Seems like all have checked out

There's plenty of pizza places in Murfreesboro - but this is one of my faves. Seems like the pizza just keeps getting better. I dig the cozy atmosphere as well.

Went in and was immediately greeted by Ava. She was very helpful and tentative to my every desire. This sweet young lady will make it far in life! Food was pretty solid too.

Kids liked the pizza but the "garlic bread" tasted more like a buttered loaf and was a small loaf not really for sharing. The chicken Alfredo was actually the worst I've ever has. Worse than a frozen box heated in the microwave. It had no flavor, tasted like flour and the chicken chunks seemed like they were likely frozen and just warmed and tossed in. I added salt, pepper and parmasean but still couldn't finish it. The ceasar salad was good. The hostess was friendly and the place seemed clean.

How I never knew of this place after 10+ years???? It is such a disappointment that I just now discover this place!!! The food was very tasty and portions were good sized. I got the Alfredo with chicken and I think it has to been my favorite version so far in all of boro. The service was amazing!! ? Everyone was nice and easily to speak to (helpful for the anxious and hungry lol)The apps were also very tasty.

Don't order from this place. They can't take a simple order over the phone. We ordered tonight ask for 16 inch pizza they prepared a small. They also made sure to charge for food before they gave us messed up order. The best part is it was $35.10 for 2 small pizzas. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

The Flavor Bomb pizza is amazing! Absolutely THE best pizza I have EVER had. The chicken salad is the most wonderful salad anywhere. It has EVERYTHING in it and somehow goes so well together. Is quiet inside and they have fruit tea which I LOVE. I can NOT recommend this place enough. How did I not know it has been here for almost 12 years!!! 12!!! Anyway please go there and least once. You won’t be disappointed.

The pizza from here is excellent. Im so excited this shop survived the pandemic. We walked in, ordered, ate and made it to the Ryman before our concert started. The pizza was brought out hot from the oven. The toppings appeared fresh and not a bunch of canned or frozen ingredients. The staff were on the mark as well.I definitely plan to order from here again.

At first it was really good. I have noticed that the owner is never there and all there is teenagers who don’t really care. It has definetly gone down. It’s only an average pizza place and for the price it needs to be better than what it is. I will not be coming back. Every business runs according to management. They have no management. There are plenty of pizza places where the owner cares. That is where you see me.
My first time going was really excited appetizer was amazing bread was great…I’m lovin the vibe and then boom chicken Alfredo noodles undercooked…portion very very very(seriously no exaggeration) little discount and awful interactions to part ways with tons of awkward interactions.The server was good wanted to end on positive note pizza was good

Went to the official Sauce website & selected their “MEAT SAUCE” spaghetti for take-out. The price was listed as $8.50 but because they they “failed” to update prices, it was $14 in store. A 60% increase! Already an obvious “bait & switch”. Got home expecting a great meal only to find dry, hard pasta & literally a small spoon of sauce, at a restaurant called “Sauce”! The pasta had barely a red tint. Absolutely no meat whatsoever. It was literally a throwaway. Also, the bread was as hard as a hockey puck. Called the restaurant and asked to speak to a manager or owner. There were none present so asked when the owner would be there the next day. Was told between 11a & 2p so went there the next day at 11a. Again no management. Spoke to a nice counter girl who agreed the dish I returned was unacceptable. Got a refund but nothing for our disappointment, frustration & time to remedy the situation. Extremely poor over-site & not recommended. Wish I had taken a picture so everyone could see how bad it was.

The service was excellent, the pizza was incredible (The “Florence” pizza is what I had), and the place has a casual vibe which we enjoyed with our kids and family we were visiting. The only reason it gets 4 stars from me is that the bathrooms (at least the mens) need some attention. Sink sprays everywhere when you barely turn it on and you could tell the bathroom hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned in quite some time. I think the state of a bathroom tells a lot about a business and the management. I understand when the place is busy it’s easy to get behind, but when we walked in we were the only customers and they had multiple employees standing at the counter that could’ve been making regular checks of the restrooms. Again, the food and service was awesome and we will be back for sure!
