Went here Nov 17 2020. Food was old and cold. Grits were lumpy. The man in the buffet serving area had his mask under his nose. Everything was just old including the very thick and greasy syrup. I went with my daughter and her friend. We all agree the food was trash. I came here from Clarksville since my daughter is a college student at MTSU. Her friend said the grapes tasted sour and chewy. When my daughter asked for a spoon for the cheesy potatoes the man inside the buffet serving area have her an old used spoon with old dried up food on it. I’ll never stop by this trash shoneys again.

Came in this morning for breakfast buffet. Asked the waitress Sandy O. for a window seat. Well, she became indignant and huffed and puffed. I asked her if there was a problem she rants about having to get other people their drinks. Okay, but isn't that your job? To top that off most of the food on the buffet was cold and beyond it's expiration. Horrible experience. Never going back.

When it was open before the pandemic, it was great and the staff was amazing.Now?Had to wait for our drinks and actually had to go and find a server.The food was meh.Last time we will go there

Food was edible but not much quantity wise for the price. Service was slow even with only 4 tables in the whole place. Won't be back.

Arteshia was my server, truly a gracious host, making my first experience here memorialable. The food was great, thanks to the cook, the restaurant was clean. I will visit again!

Showed up at 5:45 pm and the doors were locked. No sign on the door indicating they were closing early. Tried calling several times but answering machine says no one is available and then disconnects. An employee inside ignored us knocking at the door and refused to acknowledge us. Other customers arrived and were ignored as well. If there was an early closing it would have been nice to at least have an employee respond.

It was ok. Somehow got there at changeover. From breakfast to lunch. The selection was very limited. Aslo had I been told about the change I would have ordered off the menu. So make sure to know what's on the slab before you order.

We haven't gone to this shoneys for a while and I understand the businesses today trying to hang on. The breakfast buffet was very limited and the quality was very low and not knowing yhe price was $12.00 for something worth maybe $7.00. There was 3 people working there, cooking, serving, cleaning and working the register,needless to say,they lost our business.
