Chocolate covered strawberry shake doesn’t have strawberries. They took it back to “fix it” and it came back the same. Vanilla ice cream with chocolate mouse on top. Disappointing. And they’re lackadaisical attitude is very unprofessional

This is the 2nd time I ordered a BLT and what I got was nothing like the photo advertised. I opened the sandwich to see approximately 1 piece of bacon crumbled, 2 withered slices of tomato and a pinch of shredded lettuce. Needless to say I should have checked it when I got it instead of waiting till I got home.

The guy named Nate used to work at another sonic. I stopped going to that Sonic because he was so unprofessional. The food was old and cold. Waited almost an hour for my food that i didn't even keep. They refused to remake it. Forgot items that I paid for and refused to give them to me. After requesting a refund and giving the food back. I was told I was not getting a refund and that I needed to leave. I will not be coming back.
