This Sonic has been the worst I have ever been to the last two times I have been. Today having been the last time I will ever patronize this location. The food is terrible. This is because of management. Cooks make terrible food because management does not do quality checks. Management does not do quality checks because they are lazy. The whole crew suffers when management is lazy. Franchise owners suffer when management is lazy. Customers suffer when management is lazy. Do better management or shut this Sonic down.

Little miss Mya was having difficulty hearing me over the speaker while I was ordering a “sweet tea with lemon” and got too frustrated to even respond at the end of me placing my order once we got it right.Then she brings my food/drinks out, hands it to me without uttering a single word, and walks away.I said thank you and she chose notto acknowledge.So she got to“keep the change” and I kept my cash for her tip.I come here often and have never been treated this way. Do better Mya.Food was hot and delicious though!

Waited 10 minutes in the drive-through no answer with six cars behind me. Went to get into the stalls and ask them if they were not taking drive-through? She told me yes they are they must’ve just missed it. And then I can go get back in line now. It was seven cars deep by then and I was the first car. I wasn’t going back. So I had to press the red button again! ??? because she just hung up on me. Made my order 25 min later I had food. Fun times. I was extremely polite I was just curious if they weren’t taking orders through the drive-through they should’ve had a sign up but apparently they were just not mine! ??♀️
