This location is hit and miss. Sometimes service is good other times it’s poor.Like just now after waiting 20 mins in the drive thru when I was the 3rd person in line. The female staff did not put the lid on my coffee well and hot coffee went all over my hands and center console of the car. Half of the coffee! I drive a nice car and my hands were in pain from the heat of the coffee. Completely unreal.She just stood there and asked if I needed a napkin and handed me two. I gave her the coffee back. Then she walked away and didn’t return. I left.Horrible service and they even got a tip from me because they ask for that upfront of course before you ever get your drink/food.Didn’t leave with a coffee and my car required cleaning.Total waste of time.Not tipping again until after I get my purchase and no more drinks via drive thru.The female who was working the drive thru didn’t care an ounce that the lid not on the coffee. Didn’t even apologizeHorrible experience.

Order a venti mocha and a maple chicken sandwich. The mocha was delicious as always, but not a fan of the new chicken sandwich. It was very disappointing.

Wish people would stop politicizing Starbucks. Food/coffee is great. Employees are great and just trying to make a living.
I’ll be quite honest this location used to be my go to in town. The staff have only gotten worse. As a former Starbucks barista and someone who doesn’t want to call out issues with my order, I placed an order and went through the drive thru. I got my drink and instead of the blonde espresso I ordered I got the regular espresso. I don’t usually have a problem but since the regular espresso upsets my stomach I went in to ask to get it fixed. The barista behind the bar told me that she was the one that made it and that it was blonde espresso. Again, as a former barista at Starbucks I have tasted a lot of black coffee and espresso. I knew that the espresso my drink was incorrect. They did make me another drink, but again it had regular espresso. The employee was not only not kind or understanding but rude. All I wanted was the correct espresso. Needless to say drive out of the way for your coffee. This Starbucks location has severely gone down hill.
