Worst Starbucks in town. I've always stayed away from this place because management is awful. My favorite location has been under construction, so I am forced here. Today, I was upcharged for an item they didn't have in stock (but didn't tell me) and replaced it with another (same) drink that they put in a cup. I would have ordered something different if i had been told ahead of time and would have canceled the order if I didn't have a kid who was set on the item now that it was ordered. The odd thing is, I work in these Starbucks as a vendor often (which is how I know the management is awful here) and watch them give away drinks left and right. When I asked would they Please (yes, I asked nicely) remove the upcharge, since they didn't disclose product or the price properly, they acted like I was stealing from them. I won't be back to this location. Ever.

*** This is the only way I know how to respond to the response I got from the owner. Certainly I could've had it remade if I was inside and not in a time crunch. I went through the drive-through for a reason because I was getting something to drink on the way to work. So I was supposed to either go back around through the drive-through I have to take my time to go in to have it remade? No it should've been right in the first place. It's supposed to be a hot beverage that was served in the hot cup and it was a cold beverage in a hot cup. They obviously brewed the pumpkin spice and then simply poured cold skim milk in it. I ordered a "hot" grande pumpkin spice latte through the drive-thru. This is supposed to be a hot coffee beverage and it had no warmth to it whatsoever it was disgusting. I did not have time to turn around and go back as I was on my way to work. Obviously some training is in order at this location.

Best Starbucks I've ever been to. Love the team here and I always see the same faces because they know how to build a quality team with a sense of community. This team knows my order and never gets it wrong. I look forward to stopping in for my morning coffee and saying hello to the folks here. Every Starbucks should model their stores based on this one.

Great service; but the best thing is the staff. They exude kindness. They know my name and if I come in when they are not busy, my order is sitting on the counter by the time I walk over to it

Terrible service at this location I’m a daily customer at Starbucks I usually go to the memorial location I came to this location today and they didn’t want to work and they wore rude ruined my whole order and I when I complained the manager pretended to care as I was driving off i saw all three of them laughing at me like it was funny don’t recommend this location to anyone

Basic skills of customer service lacking for in store service. Drive thru has always been awesome however today I decided to order inside. Drive thru not terribly busy with 5 cars total in line. This included those waiting to order, have already ordered and those receiving their order. There were a total of 7 employees, 2 employees working the front counter, guy and a girl. I stood there, not greeted, ignored. Decided to look at the display counter then came back to order. Again, no eye contact and ignored. There were a total of 2 guests in the building, myself and another lady. It appeared the manager was on a laptop in the lobby. I can understand if they were slammed however even in those moments it take 2 seconds to make eye contact with your guests and greet them. I walked out. Seems like this is a consistent issue. Clearly no interest from management to train, educate and correct it.

If you can make Frappuccino through the drive through why not regular blond roast rediculas. I was going to order 3 venti cups left with none they refused to make it. I'm on a walker drive through is easier than getting out.

Horrible. Teas were not shaken and watered down. Cashier refused refund and barista refused to remake drinks. Said they were unwilling to rebrew tea 30 mins till close!

I just appreciate this Starbucks for getting my order right & charging me correctly. I just left the Starbucks at The Avenue & they botched my order completely. Thank you guys! You made my day.

We stopped in for a coffee on our way home after shopping. After waiting in line for over 10 minutes, we were never greeted nor was our order taken. Apparently the cashier was assisting another customer who had a large order. We understood that, but felt as if either she should have asked for help to take our order or she should have at least greeted us. We left and decided to go through the drive-thru. We were out of the drive-thru and on our way home in less than 10 minutes. Someone needs to be aware of what customer service should reflect for in-store clients. We also noticed that no one appeared to be happy or enjoying what they were doing. Doesn't appear to be a happy workplace.
