Inside is always in disarray and very dirty. May as well go to a different location because you’ll wait 45 min for your coffee at any time during the day even if you do a mobile order, drive through, or go in. Staff is friendly but everyone will just stare at you and not offer any help or take your order if you’re inside. Has happened multiple times. Trash all in the bushes out front. Pick a different location!

I usually get an iced coffee, or sometimes hot coffee if it’s super cold outside. I love the banana nut loaf, the pumpkin loaf, and the chocolate croissant. I often try variations of their cold coffee drinks, such as their nitro coffee, and other low sugar options. I often ask for a splash of heavy cream, as their coffee is quite strong.

I walked into the store this morning and the employee told me to hold on. She began washing the floors and after standing there for over 5 minutes without anyone greeting me or asking for my order I said excuse me and the employee told me to hold on or go through the drive through. I left without making a purchase.

So frustrated with this store! We have been here 3 times since we moved here in March. Every time it's soooo slow. The first time we went it was Mother's day and the store was crazy busy and my order took like 20 minutes. Last time we were in there in early July - same deal it was busy and took about 25 minutes. Today we were there with no one in the store but one person in front of me in line. I ordered a Frappe for my son and two pumpkin drinks. The girl grabbed the sticker and was like ugh another Frappuccino. I got my first two drinks but she would not make my other drink. It took her 5 minutes to make the Frappe because she was angry about it. Then took her sweet time walking it over. I don't understand what it is about this particular Starbucks and not making drinks quickly. But 20 minutes waiting should not be a norm.
