Visited this restaurant with my husband on Friday. Our server Ryan was not only spectacular but highly knowledgeable. He prepared us a Purple Haze drink that was delicious. The strip steak recommendation that he gave us was spot on. I would highly recommend this restaurant and to ask for Ryan as your server. Food, drink and service was 10/10.

One of my favorite places to eat! I am a picky picky eater and I love this place. The service is always great but Jason always goes above and beyond. Bacon butter is a must, and so is the wedge salad and the filet :)

First timer. Mediocre. The quality of steak disappointing for “steak” restaurant. Overcooked steak means they don’t know how to cook it. (It wasn’t that busy). When you have to offer “sauces”, that indicates that they need to mask the meat. Cesar salad was awful (no flavor). Would not be high on list. For Murfreesboro, this is not good reflection

I had the best meal with my wife tonight. We had a 2 hour experience that included great food, amazing service by Ryan, and a chill atmosphere. I’ve eaten at a lot of nice restaurants, but this one was honestly at the top of my favorites.

Loved the atmosphere. There was music playing, it was kinda dark, perfect ambiance!I had the filet, and it was cooked perfectly. The house salad was great, too.It was much smaller than expected on the inside, which was surprising. Hopefully, they accept reservations, or the small space, could be a long wait to get in.

The food is always immaculate. My wife and I come once a month for date night and we love it every time. Jason A. is great and gives the best recommendations for food and drinks and has been a consistently excellent waiter.

The food at steak house five is incredible, and the wait staff is very attentive. The art in the bathroom however is very stale. Green velvet by J Gold is old and I'd love to see a more refreshing piece hung above the urinal and towel rack.

Interior design lacks a common theme. Is it asian industrial??? My $48 KC strip was a gristley mess and the bourbon sauce was a muddy flavorless afterthought. The wierd precut presentation was something I've never seen before and hope not to again. Maybe had I been able to cut it myself, i could have avoided the mouthfulls of chewy gristle that i spit out on the plate for lack of a better place to spit it. Surely the server had to see it when she included the pile of half chewed gristle in my to go box FOR THE DOGS. Service was adequate but thats all. We waited 15 minutes between salad and steak service. My wife said her NY strip and sprouts were good, but she was pretty hammered. I was entirely disappointed in the whole $250 experience but didn't say anything because I didn't want to hurt her feelings as it was a special occasion for us. In the end, we looked amazing, had a blast because we were together, and haven't gotten sick yet from food poisoning so that's a plus. We'll be saving $175 and going to Longhorn next time.
