The worker had a headphone in the entire time, I believe she had been on the phone. She toasted my sandwich without asking if I wanted it toasted. And the sweet tea tasted like it hadn't even been changed from the closing shift. And it also make me wonder if it's been cleaned.

Came here and was told they don't take coupons. I started to give it back but realized I said I had a coupon as he half wrapped the sandwich. He wasn't even remorseful. He seem a little moody, felt I was even charged too much for a very low quality, room temperature, meat on bread sandwich. Cookies were dated. Just trash, please don't come to this location.

Has a meatball sub while sraying at a nearby hotel. It was just ok... seemed skimpy with the meatballs and sauce... Employee was efficient, but not particularly friendly.

Dont think you can come here and work on your laptop until your ready for lunch. Sat at a table for maybe 20 minutes and would told to order something or leave. The place was completely empty and i was going to order after i finished filling out some paperwork and decided to just leave. Ill take my business somewhere else. Like penn station which is right beside subway and i can actually do some work before i eat so i dont have to let my food get cold.

Got a breakfast flatbread the lady seemed just in a hurry to be rid of me and didnt even toast it even though it had cold eggs on it. I was still pretty tired and didnt realize they didnt ask if I wanted it toasted or just do it since it wasnt cold cuts. Then I had a question about the combo vs just the drink and wouldnt get a straight forward response and was rude. The fountain machine sprayed out soda on me. Asked for napkins because they only gave me one and got the stink eye. Just an overall unpleasant experience. I'm not someone who complains about every little thing but I was the only customer there, was nothing but polite, but was getting nothing but contemptuous vibes back.
I came here a bit after opening hour twice. They were late both times. If the business is scheduled to open at 8, that doesn't mean having your first employee show up at 8:13. They still need to count the register among other things before the business is ready to operate. Very unprofessional.

The absolute worst customer service ever. The employees are visibly disappointed you're there. Has been this way for years and tonight was the last straw. Unfortunately I believe most in Murfreesboro are owned by the same person so I'm done with subway.

I have always ordered from this location on Medical Center Parkway because the manager was attentive and caring. Must have changed hands because I got my pre-ordered sandwiches home and they were missing several veggies. Can't take them back now, but I won't trust them again. Can't leave a review on their website because I didn't get a receipt with all the pertinent information with my order and there were no napkins. Sounds petty, but these sandwiches aren't cheap and missing ingredients that were clearly in their store and clearly listed on the order is unacceptable.

Tell dude to get a job? I bet you pay as little as possible. Average rent for a 1br is over $1600 (source - wsmv 4/22) requiring $38 an hour just to qualify to apply to rent it. That's $19 from two people. Are you paying $19? I seriously doubt it. The more separation of wages and rent the more this is going to happen and YOU carry some of the blame it's not just the landlords.

Not enough on the sandwich. Had to ask for chips, they were not displayed. The tea was NOT sweet, big let down. No napkins given, had to ask and staff had both earbuds in so they could not hear me. So annoying
