I have put up with the lack of English speaking and the snarly attitude of some staff. A year ago...all was well. Now...wow...they can't (or won't) even READ A COUPON..."that coupon is not valid until x date"...when in fact it WAS VALID UNTIL X DATE. How stupid. They purposely refused to take it. No problem...there are plenty of sandwich shops. We are done.

I ordered a 6 inch on tuna , toasted yesterday evening. The bottom of my bread was hard as a rock and it gave me a terrible stomach ache which tells me the tuna was probably old. I know they knew that bread was hard when he wrapped it but chose to sell it to me anyway. I eat at other subways frequently and never experienced this. Will never eat food from here again.

The staff is rude and incompetent. They don't even know what they have on the menu. ?I was hungry and in a rush, I wish I would have went somewhere else.Even if someone gave me a gift card I would not go here again!!!! Seriously beyond disgusted been coming to this subway for over 2 years and truly use to love the subway but their mannership and attitudes are below standard. Came here ordered a sub asked it to be well toasted gave toppings etc they didn't do it correctly so I asked them to fix it pretty nicely and they decided to cover the 2nd in mayonnaise and sweet onion I said "woah that's to much and she keeps adding and says want more?" Needless to say I'm headed to another subway and I'll be refunding this one. Just avoid it.

I had interesting experience today with the crew workers. I sent my little cousins inside to get food and drinks. Although, they were not able to afford the drinks; they we're able to make a successful purchase for the food. The youngest child had grab a sprite thinking she able to get a drink but didn't have enough money, so she was told to put it back. Now... the Indian guy that was checking them out decided to say some slurs that was not appropriate! Basically, saying she was trying to steal it and she couldn't afford the drink. Mind you guys the little girl is 6 years old, and had no intentions on stealing a drink! This is what you call true racism!

Made the mistake of ordering from you know who for delivery, gave driver detailed instructions to find apartment, they took my money and cancelled order so I went in person. I recommend just going yourself, good food for half the price of delivery fees and so on.
They skimp on the meat, and can’t make a sandwich without putting everything down on the edge so it falls out when you pick up the sandwich

Not very pleasant with customers. And DO NOT order a salad. Subway used to do awesome big salads. But now all you get is a tiny bowl with barely anything in it for $8.48! NEVER AGAIN! I can get a better pre-made salad at the grocery store.

Go to another subway and let these guys go out of business. They do not accept the Subway coupons for steak, chicken, and roast beef footlongs. We tried four times and they said they would not take the coupons. The coupons they denied were 3 for $17.99 and a single for $5.99. Each Subway is independently owned and can choose not to accept the Subway coupons. Go somewhere else.

The food is just ok here. The pizza is always over cooked. No matter how I ask them to cook it, it always ends up burnt and hard. Then I'm charged extra for cheese...it's a cheese pizza why an I getting charged extra for cheese?? Maybe they just need some training.
