Very poor experience. I ordered a footling steak and cheese. The "Sandwich Artist" was very stingy with the meat filling the scoop about 1/2 way. I then asked for double meat and the guy put 1 more half-empty scoop on the sandwich. I was so disgusted that I told them to forget it. DON'T GO THERE IF YOU WANT TO GET WHAT YOU'RE PAYING FOR!

Disrespectful and zero accountability. I've never been so confused in a Subway. We ordered online & it was incorrect, kindly asked them to reorder, but they resisted for some reason and then argued with me about whether or not they put cheese on all three of my sandwiches. After "investigating" all three sandwiches (yes, they actually went through each sandwich and then determined they wouldn't remake because there was evidence of melted cheese, lol) Also, online orders could not be refunded. Placed order at 6pm for a 6:25 pickup. Lady told me that they make them right away, so what's the point of ordering online. They conceded to remake one of the three sandwiches, then wrapped the other 2 sandwiches (now cold and soggy) and sent me on my way. Could have just tried to make it right with a gift card or given me my money back.
