I would like to give a shot out to Francesca that works at the subway on s.rutherford blvd. I had an issue with my doordash order and she fixed it with no problem! With no hesitation she was on it and subway needs more employees like her just to be real! She took her time to call the owner and was very patient with me and had the best attitude about the whole situation, and I'm truly greatful for her and so should subway. Thanks Francesca your the best!!

I have always enjoyed my experiences at Subway… Until today… I waited about five minutes while two workers were working on mobile orders and pick up I’m assuming… Which is fine, but I was not even acknowledged or greeted… I know they are busy and I’ve had to wait at other sites for a while, but at least I was greeted and informed of my way it time ?

The lady that prepared my sandwich was rude and annoying. I asked for sweet onion sauce on my sandwich and she literally gave me a squirt!! I asked for more and she did the same thing. I then asked for a side of the sauce. She then puts a squirt in the cup. I asked for more, she then tells me that the sauce costs $6 a bottle and each squirt costs 50 cents to a dollar and I'm already at a dollar. I told her that I could afford it. She STILL REFUSED to give me more sauce. Then I proceed to order cookies where the prices are clearly visible, she stays going on about the prices like I can't afford them... So disappointed.

The 2 ladies that work in there were rude. We walked in 10 minutes before 9pm and the girl yelled " we're closed". They also had a friend sitting at a table and they all laughed as we walked out. Horrible service!!! Will be filing a complaint.

Picked up sandwich ordered for curbside pickup. Could hardly taste the steak & cheese, mostly veggie sandwich. Generally I find Subway sandwiches ti be overpriced given the low quality sandwich.
Well my daughter just spent 12 bucks of her own hard earned money on a sandwich using the app. When she arrived at the store she was met with rude service saying they had no online orders. She proceeded to show them her bank account where the money was taken out and showed where she had in fact ordered for the right location. They refused to give her the food or her money back. If i could give zero stars I would.. pathetic!
