Food was amazing. I tried the dragon fruit blast and all I can say is mind blown.... awesome flavor!!!! Hands down my absolute favorite ever....and a regular size is $1 during happy hour.

They only let me place 1 order per car that's garbage this taco bell is garbage and the food is trash. They don't add the add on you ask for They literally steal your money I will never order from this specific taco bell again.

Not only did the dasher miss half my order but they delivered I said it was wrong, they offered to go back and fix it. Perfect. Literally came back with the same bag that had 2 soft tacos and fries, when I ordered a deluxe box as well and 2 drinks. The bring the same bag and the drinks this time but not the other meal. The girl was so upset cause the works slammed the window on them when they tried to correct it. Now it's 12:30am and all I wanted to do was eat my dinner after a 14 hour work day to not eating cause I didn't get my meal. Thankfully I'm too tired to eat now. Considering my order literally took 45 to get to me.

If I could give a zero, I dang sure would for this visit! I ordered through the app as I usually do. I placed an order for the Deluxe Craving Box and swapped a couple things and customized a few things. Got to the speaker and gave my name for the pickup. The person taking the orders stated he couldn’t hear me and had me spell out, my very common name and repeated something along the lines of Arya? I stated at the speaker that the order being displayed was not my order and he said, “I don’t know, just pull around.”He was extremely rude and clearly bothered when what came up on the screen was someone else’s order and I tried to correct him. So I took a screenshot and pulled forward. I showed the man at the window and he was nice about it. Thing is I could hear whoever tried to confirm my order, literally yelling from inside my car yelling through the guy in the window, “she ordered what she ordered I can’t help it just give her the food”. I asked what’s that guys problem? I just want to make sure I get what I paid for with my roundup. Also keep in mind, that I had already gotten my notification that the order had been received on my phone, but now I can’t get my account to pull up. Again I explained nicely with the man in the window that the name on the speaker was number 1, NOT my name and number 2, was not what I ordered coming in at 9 dollars plus change. I told the guy in the window that this was not what I ordered. He did say, “well you ordered that online and we can’t change it”. I said “NO I DID NOT!” He said that he didn’t know but to ask for a refund on the app and it would get straightened out and proceeded to hand me a bag of someone else’s food! All the while Mr Sassy pants in the background was yelling when I said but again, I didn’t order this, why should I take someone else’s food?. Mister Yip yapping in the background the whole time “Oh yes she did!”The easiest thing to do would’ve been to cancel the order and make what I ordered as of there obviously was a glitch somewhere. Nope, they handed me the food I didn’t order, with mouth of the south in the back and a pretty chill dude in the window. He did also add the easiest thing would be to go online and cancel the order and go back around the building to pick it up. But this is not how this works!! What the heck? DO BETTER!!I get home and there is absolutely NO record of me placing this order with the exception of 13.00 coming out of my bank account, keep in mind the order handed to me was 9 and change.Call me a Karen, I don’t care, but when you order your food and go pick it up, you want it to be right without a problem.Whoever the person was in the back yelling about the whole thing should be talked to and sent back through customer service course!! And I should get refunded for food I didn’t eat and ended up in my garbage can when I got home!

I know it’s a bunch of lazy people working here, but if you’re reading this, y’all have got do better. I’m not the type to leave reviews but there is always an issue with this specific Taco Bell. I honestly loved paying for cold food & half filled fries. Also paying for extra things & not getting them. This was disgusting & I know whoever filled it, saw it like this & gave it anyway. You need to do a long self inventory check because although it’s fast food, I know your mama raised you better than than.

Every time I come here, the staff literally ignores anyone who comes through the door. My son went to ask for an application and everyone was in the back, chatting. I went up there with him and had to actually yell to get their attention. Another time, he came up there to get a meal for my mother. He came with his skateboard and had 2 drinks. He asked 3 times for a carrier but he was ignored each time. I love taco bell... GET BETTER WORKERS

Kids that work the drive through have no training on how to do business with the public. Hell, they all but threw the bag in my car. And the food? If hadn't been picking up for someone else I'd never have gone. I refuse to pay more at taco bell than I can for MUCH better food at Camino Real. Almost 5 dollars for a Mexican pizza? Shiiiiiit.
