I don't know why I keep coming to this place. Last week, I waited 40 minutes for a curbside order only to find it inside cold. Today I went inside to order only to see the people sitting near me come into the restaurant AFTER I ordered. I watched them get their food and FINISH their meal before I got my to go order. I probably would still be sitting there if I didn't ask if they forgot about me. The manager asked me if I wanted him to remake the food. Why would I want to sit there for another 40 minutes? I notice how they treat their regulars. It would make sense to treat everyone the same, but what do i know? Over 96 dolIars for 2 cold food orders. I have been going to Toots for almost 30 years, but I will not be back. You win I quit.

My husband had Mexican cheeseburger and fries. I had fried chicken salad. My husband said the fries tasted stale/old, and they replaced them quickly. Mt salad was delicious. The portions are large.

Oysters on the half shell were served with the meal. Asked for crackers and hot sauce and never got either. Fries were served room temperature. Waitress was nice enough, but I don't feel like we got what we paid $95 for.

A good spot to enjoy some grub a nice open bar room layout. Prices seem to be increasing. This place doesn't have the level of customer service that the original Toots has, and no more frog legs! :(
