Southern hospitality and Waffle House are basically one and the same and this Waffle House is no exception. Lauren made us feel right at home. She listened very well for the restaurant being as busy as it was and even chatted with my 2 boys (ages 3 and 6) so they had a blast too. Glad to have a great place and great people like this here in my hometown. Thank you guys!

We use to love going out to breakfast, but today's breakfast was horrendous, the bacon was dripping in grease, the hashbrowns, were dark brown and way overcooked, no potatoes left, onions were black, it was really inedible. I love scattered smothered and covered, but today was a huge disappointment, we were all heading to a local tournament and didn't have time to complain or have it recooked. My wife's sausage was barley warm, we had to ask twice to get coffee in the 1st place. What has happened to Waffle House?

The problem I had with this waffle house was the cook. The food, service, and atmosphere was good but the cook kept coming over to one of the chairs that can be moved around at the counter by where I was sitting and picking the chair up and slamming it back down on the floor. I have PTSD and the first time he did it I almost went into a full blown panic attack. He did it several times and I ended up having to go to my vehicle and take some medication and sit for a while to calm down before I could drive.

I have been coming to this store for years and years but this new colored women is the worst experience I have ever had at any Waffle House I have ever been to and I have been at a few. And the store atmosphere is not the same. I know Lewis just passed away but a lot of us will not be coming back here if she is here. I’m sorry to say and I know y’all have pride in your stores. Thank you and I really hope you all address this ASAP. And the food come out wrong. The women’s name is Robin the ( colored ) women
