Big thanks to the AMAZING job the bakery did on my daughter's cake short notice! I never order cakes from chain stores due to poor quality especially, in the lettering. However, WalMart not only came through but, did AWESOME! Your cake decorator deserves a raise! Thanks again!

If I could give this store a 0 I would. Management are liars. Went to this store on Wednesday May 19th to find a simple dress Could not try it on! Both the woman at the fitting room and the manager on duty said the fitting rooms are closed until corporate says otherwise. Well I called two other Walmart's in the area and their fitting rooms are open! So they lied! I don't expect much from Walmart but DONT LIE! You just don't want to pay someone to clean

Made an order a week ago and got an email and a text saying it would be ready for pick up by 6 pm today. On the track my order says store for your processing order for pick up. At 5pm got an email and text that it would be delayed till up to Thursday it is at the store! I called the store they say they did not receive my order but they say it's not yet processed it has been at the store sense 6:30 this morning so what the whole crew call out or already drunk pre-new years and can not see a label!

Since recieving bad customer service from a Walmart is a rarity, I figured that it was a good idea to post. I went into Walmart (Just moving here from Hawaii), and was looking for a inflatable bed until our shipping containers arrive with our furniture. I located inflatable mattresses, and found a rather comfortable looking unit with tag directly under it for 64.97. After deciding that it was more then I wanted to spend, I decided to get it anyway. Going to the self service checkout, I noticed Miss Wanda looked exhausted (Hard working people usually do). I scanned the item, and it said that it was 99.97. I decided to remove it from my checkout, and it called for Miss Wanda who came over and removed it for me. I notified Miss Wanda that the item said 64.97 on the shelf, and she advised me to make sure to read the price tag the next time. Miss Wanda then noticed me that there was nothing that she could do, and she would have to call a manager, and she proceeded to do so. A supervisor named James came over and stated that someone might have slid it over out of place (I'm assuming he meant me) to get a lower price. I then showed him a picture of the shelf, which depicted three units in a row, with the 64.97 price tag below it. He then stated that he could not honor the price marked on the shelf, and the best he could do was give me 10% off of the sale. Being that I work in a retail based environment, and run into this situation daily, I was AMAZED By the lack of customer service that Walmart usually exceeds at. Not even a "How can I help you sir" or nothing. From a supervisor? Wow! In my store, even without proving when shelf price, we honor the price, just to ensure our customers are happy, and leave with a great customer service experience. Horrible service Walmart! First one ever!

It's not just this store, it's just that this is the one I go to most of the time. Walmart has decided that, in order to use their Savings Catcher app, customers can no longer scan their receipts at their convenience within 7 days of their purchase. No, in order to compare prices and be rewarded for being loyal Walmart shoppers, we now HAVE to use the Walmart Pay part of the Walmart app. This means that we have to dig out our smartphone AT THE REGISTER, scan a PIN code AT THE REGISTER, and make those behind us in line wait until we are finished with this waste of time AT THE REGISTER. 18 bucks saved over a year's time isn't worth the headache. I'm pretty sure the folks in Bentonville, Arkansas are hoping that's the case for everyone, so they won't have to pay for their higher prices.

I used to shop at Walmart, but I am now shopping elsewhere. There are hardly any salespeople on the floor and, most times, I see them in group meetings cheering themselves on like a bunch of high school cheerleaders who think the game is all about them and not the players (customers). In a week's time, I can spend between $150-300 depending on my specific needs. However, even though they see me coming from the cashier's line and most all products are bagged (often not the big bags of dog food), stopping me at the exit to take inventory of what is in my basket and comparing it to my receipt makes me feel like less of the moral person I am--I am not stealing your merchandise folks. I have had some people go through my bags and put their hands all over my things. Being a nurse, I know that most people do not wash their hands. DO NOT TOUCH MY THINGS!!! Do not touch my receipt! Most of the door monitors look dirty and dingy. Sorry, but that is what I see. So, I shop elsewhere.

Yucky yucky Walmart. Walking into this Walmart not by choice was probably the biggest mistake of my life. Better yet, walking into this Walmart needing to use the restroom basket was a double noo no!! It doesn't matter what Walmart you go to, you do see the people of Walmart. Different crowd here, very dirty especially restroom.

Need security in parking lot. A lot has happened here!! So we went to Texas Roadhouse tonight and then a movie. We didn't get out of the movie until almost 12am. Chass had me drive the kids home with me. I had to stop at Walmart on Old Fort to grab some water. When we came out a man approached us saying that he was 20 short of getting a hotel for the night. He went on to say he didn't drink or do drugs and he just got kicked out of his house. He was a white male wearing a hoddie. He had his hands in his pockets and bloodshot eyes. I gave him a 20 and got the kids in the car and locked the doors. As we were driving off one of the kids seen him go up to another car. So I drive back to the car and said I thought u just needed 20 dollars? He said um yes mam.. and the other lady rolled up her window and I drove away....! The point is he lied to me and was going around asking as many people as possible. I did my part and was nice... hoped it was for good. I do have an automatic knife in my purse and car in case something bad was to happen. I hardly ever give money but I just wanted him away from us... I should have called the police dept. after i drove away to get him away from other people.... lesson learned. Next time I will be pulling out my knife instead of money and calling the police dept. right away

Because of one person, Janeta, Jaquita, Banana, whatever her name is, it's highly unlikely, I will ever visit this location again. She's mad about everything, it seems and hates her job, it seems. I don't know if her day was going bad, which had nothing to do with me, but she was evil, acted as though she did not want to assist me, stated she was not able to assist me, bc my name on my license and the name on the money gram, didn't fully match, but the picture on my license was the same person that stood before that witch. For example, let's say, the name on the license was Jane Ann Doe, but the money gram said, Ann Doe, to her, it's not the same person, even with a pictured ID. I showed her every card in my wallet and they all had the same name, but she said, anyone in the store could have been Ann Doe, picture ID or no picture ID. She said anyone could say they were me, yet, I had a picture ID that showed I was who the money gram said I was. I've been to several Walmarts with no issue, but because this hateful woman was having a day, she wanted to take it out on me. Just pure mean and evil. I called the other Walmart's, including that one and they all said, she was wrong, as long as the name and picture matched, they could go through with the transaction......her own store said that. The review is based, solely, on my experience.

Because of my job and obligations I regularly visit multiple Walmart locations across Middle Tennessee. This one is mich nicer than most with one exception: attempting to leave. Let me tell you: if this location is not running the lowest loss numbers in the area, by far, they need to look skeptically at the people at the door. Every single time I go here I have to join a pile up at the door. There is one employee that I know will half check others just to hurry to my stuff and eagle eye every item. No kidding, she frequently checks every item on my receipt. Yesterday, self check out and the greeter questioned me about a simple lunch box that came with a free water bottle and sandwich container. It was closed up well enough they couldnt get in it but it was advertised outside about the freebies. Here is where product knowledge would benefit the employees. Publix employees qre required to stock so they learn the store and products. Maybe walmart should require this so employees do not threaten to call security on people trying to leave with items they rightfully purchase that have free items theyre entitled to. Heads up you are not required to endure this from an hourly, non security employee and next time I just keep walking. I recommend everyone else does too. Of youre not a thief you shouldnt be humiliated

Best prices in town, and the entertainment factor (other shoppers) is outstanding.

Prices are good, but a lot of product is not on the shelves, and different items were in their place, which is why the item was not ordered. Found this to be true throughout the canned food section.

Visited 12/12/2016. The store was well organized and clean. Exceptional lighting in parking lot too.
