Gave me the entire wrong order, and a frosty with no spoon or straw, which has nothing to do with the order being incorrect just another bad service. I called and they answer with “what?” And I said, is this Wendy’s? He said yes and I said I got the wrong order and he said yeah we gave you the wrong bag. Well my lunch break is over and the only way to correct it is if I go back with my receipt which I cannot do the line was out to the street by the time I got through the drive through. The food is prob unsafe considering the lack of brain at this Wendy’s.

The line with the drive thru moved very slow which is not terrible because it was around lunch. The woman who took the order was nice and apologized for the wait.When we arrived at the second window the woman handed me the wrong drink, I let her know we ordered two cokes and not a sprite, she was very upset with me and said that's what the ticket said. We handed her our receipt which showed the correct order and gave back the incorrect food.When they did get us the correct order after an additional person stepped in they did not get us our drinks. I asked for the drinks and she overfilled the cup and tried handing me a cup covered in soda. I asked her to wipe it off and she handed me napkins. I then let her know we ordered two cokes and she just handed me another absolute mess.The staff was terrible expect for the cashier, it seemed like we were just an inconvenience to them and they were incredibly incompetent and rude.Overall terrible experience.

Hardly any bacon and the bacon on it was old overcooked. Had one large patty and one small patty. Need to change the name to the baconbitor.

Not sure I will try and go back again , this Wendy’s is a new Wendy’s , so I understand that they have problems getting orders right , but my order was wrong and all the buns where all stale . I put everything in the trash except my baked potatoe , I really didn’t feel like driving back , so I just wasted my money and trash it, chicken sandwich was not even made right and buns were stale , the hamburger the meat was dried out and buns where stale too

Was trying to order delivery out of new location on Memorial because it’s closer to me. Food came from the other Wendy’s on Memorial which is further away. Food came cold and not appetizering. Fix your app so it comes out of the location I requested please.

I live Wendy's but rarely went because of distance. So when they opened this one I was so excited. My son use drive thru. He ordered me a single cheeseburger w lettuce, tomato, mayo pickle and onion. I got home and had a value double bacon cheeseburger with ketchup and mustard. So I called and spoke with manager and my son went back. They still got it wrong. It was loaded with mayo which I had to wipe off and had no tomato. I am so disappointed and probably will not eat here again. ? If they plan on having a good business someone needs to train the employees. It's not looking good!

Worst experience ever, I usually never leave reviews but everytime I go to this location they forget food. I called the manager and he said I could get the meal replaced because they also barely gave me any fries. They said that they could only replace the burger. Whatever, inconvenient but wouldn’t be that big of a deal if the workers weren’t so rude with bad attitudes. Not to mention, they still forgot to put the bacon on the burger smh. I work in food service, and worked at wendys for almost 3 years, I understand, but damn maybe treat your customers better or get a different job. Sorry y’all had to work New Years, hopefully things look up for y’all smh
