I usually go through the drive through. Prices are excellent. Food is awesome!! I usually get the pork bbq sandwich with a couple sides, love the Mac & cheese, baked beans, potato salad. I think they have a few more great sides. Wednesday nights are cheaper, but I can’t remember the details. Highly recommend this place for great food and reasonable prices. ?

My company chooses to feed my associates during sale weekends, which means I need to feed 40+ people. Barbecue has proven to be a favorite so I have been placing large food order with Whitts for a few years. We usually place our order with the Mt. Juliet location since my store is in Lebanon, but this time my wife was going to pick up the food and bring it to us, so since we live in Murfreesboro we ordered from this location instead. BIG mistake. When my wife got the order to my store, I asked her where the buns were and she informed me they did not give her any. I contacted the store right away and they told me that buns are not part of our order and we need to order them if we want them. I asked them how they expected people to eat 30lbs of meat without buns, and I was very rudely informed that was not their problem. When I informed them that everytime I order from the Mt. Juliet there are always buns sent with the order, they very quickly informed me that the Murfreesboro and the Shelbyville locations are not part of the Nashville group so they don't have to act the same. I asked why they wouldn't ask someone placing such a large order of meat if they wanted to purchase buns as well and again was rudely told it's not on them to ask. REALLY??? When I tried to ask if they were able to help out at all they said no and hung up. I wasn't asking for anything free, I just needed buns. I called the Mt. Juliet location I usually use and they were extremely helpful and sold us the buns without a problem. I will definitely NOT be using the Murfreesboro location ever again.

Food very cold no buns no cold slaw, in a hurry to close, 26.00 $ dinner cost me 36.00 dollars, because we had to get our bake beans somewhere else, and also had to buy buns somewhere else, because no one gave us buns. Just so terrible ?

We ordered over the phone, and a friend picked up our food and brought it to our event. Everything was well packaged in sturdy containers that kept all our delicious food piping hot and ready to easily serve. Everything was superb: BBQ tender and tasty, sauces variety just perfect, Baked Beans, Potato Salad, Mac & Cheese always a favorite of all our guests. Priced very reasonable considering how they loaded us up! We'll definitely be back for more as we plan future CHORD concerts & events.

I love Whitts Barbecue!! Their pulled pork is so delicious!!! It is smoked to perfection and they give you options for their BBQ sauce!!! And their shredded chicken is perfect for making Buffalo Chicken Dip or Spicy Chicken Enchiladas or Tacos with!! All of their smoked meat is Outstandingly delicious!!???

The building looks a little sketchy, but food and service were great. They did forget the buns and only gave me two very small sauces for a family pack order (barely enough for two people).

I love Whitt's BBQ! Have been eating there since I was a child and it's stayed just as good as when I grew up over 35 years ago! Whenever I'm in Murfreesboro I go to the same location and I've always been so happy with my service and food! Don't forget to ask for the vinegar sauce for the pork! It's the best!
