If I Go through the drive-through and there is not a car behind me and the food is not ready why would a customer have to move up to wait on food to be cooked? What is the difference if I wait at the window or pull up? Let’s use some logic Either way, I am waiting, so let me wait at the window and not inconvenience me to move forward have to back back out to get fast food.

I asked if I could get a fresh batch of cookies in the drive thru… (because the cookies are always stale or definitely days old.) I was told no without any explanation. I said I would pay for the whole batch and was still told “No, can I get you anything else”……

I went in and ordered, when I ask for ketchup they said they had none... you have to be completely incompetent as a manager not to order ketchup at a chicken and fries shack... without ketchup I don't even won't your food. I never go there and was reminded why...

quick service, asked for a sweet tea when they were out and they were able to get it for me behind the counter. very nice people working there late. the food is outstanding. the texas toast is perfect, the fries taste great, and the chicken fingers don't even need (but also go great with) sauce to taste good!

They actually gave me the wrong salad. After having me pull forward and wait. Salad wasn't very fresh. But the grilled chicken was okay. Parking lot was kind of filthy. I don't think I'll be going back.Dietary restrictions: I'm gluten free they gave me the wrong salad. It had the fried onions in it. I just ate around it. I won't be back.

Usually not bad here, but today was my last visit. Sat in the drive thru line for 40 minutes only to pay and be told after the fact that part of the order was unavailable. A substitute was offered, and we agreed. Got our order, got to work, and the $11 plate my daughter ordered was missing half the order. Tried to call the store, and no one answered. Extremely disappointed with everything about this store and will not be back.

Staff needs to be replaced ASAP, place has slowly went downhill in the last year.Feels as though they are mad to take your order and will not greet or look at you when you get to the window. Overall terrible experience on top of food being mediocre at best.Avoid this location at all costs.
