Food served was edible, but obviously was kept under a heat source. In the short time it took to pick up the food, it was very close to room temperature by the time we sat down. One of the sandwiches we ordered was totally wrong, but to the staff's credit, they gave us the correct item.My friendly warning to Zaxbys, step it up! You have stiff competition out there, you're just ahead of a Mickey Dee's in food quality.I truly hope you get it all together soon! Yall have a good menu! I used to go to Zaxbys regularly- it's nearing my last choice on the options available.

Conveniently located right next door to the place we were staying. Decided to give it a shot for lunch one day, before heading out for our afternoon activities.The restaurant was clean with plenty of seating available. The full menu was pretty easy to pick from - chicken and fries.The Zaxby’s Signature Sandwich Combo tasted great and was a good size.Parking: Ample spots available even at the lunch hour.

Ordered the chicken sandwich for the first time. It tasted old, and I was not impressed in the least. They had me pull into a parking spot so you would have thought Ii would be hot and fresh. Gentleman taking my order was very friendly and helpful.
When your website doesn't work, taking an order by phone is what you SHOULD be willing to do, regardless of "policy". This was PER THE MANAGER - they REFUSED to take an order by phone because it was "regular" and not "catering". This is simply bad business - you've refused a customer. I have no idea WHY you would choose to do that, but it *was* an option available to you. So Kudos for turning away business?Recode the salad section of your online menu, please. It keeps asking me to "select all options" and ALL options HAVE been selected. I even tried ADDING things to the salad, in case it was because that was "blank" that there was a problem, and it STILL wouldn't allow me to choose a salad.
