If I could leave 6 stars, I would. This place was suggested to us by a local and we are so glad we went! Cafeteria style, which was nice. Great selection. I will be thinking about corn pudding and chess pie when we go back home. A must visit!

Loved this place! It was more expensive than I expected (around $21) but worth it. It's cafeteria style. The employees were helpful and friendly.

In a city of yuppie new restaurants, it's nice to still have the meat-n-3's. Little pricey, but what isn't these days. Banana pudding is pretty good. Check them out

We drove 3 hours to try Arnold’s and let me tell you it was fantastic. I had the meatloaf, bbq chicken, greens, sweet potato casserole and the very best fried green tomatoes my wife and I have EVER put in our mouths. My wife loved the chicken and dumplings, corn casserole , mac n cheese and they even gave her a sample of the roast beef and cauliflower casserole all were superb. Folks If you’re ever in Nashville this is a Must Try its part of the very heart soul of the city and of south.

Food was over priced for a meat and 2. It costs my husband and I $33.00 with out a drink plus a 20% tip. They charged extra for tartar sauce, mayo, and margarine. My greens were barely warm. You have to take you tray to the table, get your own drink, and clean up afterwards. We could have gone to a nicer restaurant and actually be waited on

We are beyond thrilled that Arnold's has chosen to stay and is ? open for good now! Hallelujah! From Kahlil's comfort foods of fried green 'maters, Mac n Cheese, green beans, turnip greens, mashed taters, creamed corn, pinto and white beans.... to the famous roast beef, meatloaf, battered grouper, catfish, fried shrimp, ribs, tacos on Tuesday, fried chicken, and more..... cornbreads and yeast rolls.... oh, and we can't forget the desserts like chess pie with meringue *or without, strawberry pie, pecan pie, spicy chocolate pie, and the DELECTABLE bread pudding.... You'll go in as just a patron, but you'll come out as family forever! (Get an Arnold's shirt, too, ya'll!)Parking: Parking lot! And free!Kid-friendliness: My kiddos ADORED going to eat 'shrumps" *shrimp, meatloaf, Mac n Cheese, mashed taters, and green beans growing up! Such an incredible family environment! ❤️

First time going to this Restaurant and it was very charming and believe me the people were coming in fast at lunch time. It is Cafeteria Style alot of good choices. It does need some updating but it was a clean place to enjoy a good meal. The parking was not real good but if you get there early enough you can get a good parking spot.

Here it is: Service was awesome! I love the fact that everyone is so friendly & welcoming. The food was disappointing today. My country fried steak was tough & kind of dry (yes it had gravy), my macaroni and cheese didn’t have a good cheesy/creamy flavor today & my turnip greens were just “ok”. Flip side: My husband had the roast beef and when I tell you I could’ve licked the seasoning off his plate from it is no exaggeration!! May go back for the fried chicken…..tbc
