I can’t speak to the food menu since I only got a glass of wine, but the wine was great! What actually prompted me to write a review was the woman working the bar—I didn’t get her name, but she was phenomenal. The tables all have QR code ordering and paying, so there’s no real need to be attentive, but she was making laps the entire time checking on everyone and taking orders or closing out herself for those who preferred that method. I wish I’d gotten her name, but to Arrington’s management, whoever you have working at the airport is fantastic!

Wine - Well if you're an Arrington Wine fan they've got you covered. I ordered a nice 9 oz pour of their Riesling. Food - The bar food could use some improvement. But I enjoyed their hummus plate it was good for what i was expecting. Service - Maybe their service improved as stated from other reviewer's posts. I had good service and quick service at 12pm on a Tuesday. Overall, I'm coming back for wine the next flight at BNA!

Elizabeth Skeen helped me at your restaurant at the BNA airport. She was so nice as she checked me out. I left and went to my gate down the c concourse. I was sitting there at my computer working when someone came up to me and called my name. It was Elizabeth and she was bringing my credit card left behind to me. Note that I wasn’t right by her…. She had to search a bit. It meant the world to me and didn’t want her extra efforts to go unnoticed.In these hectic and crazy days, it is comforting to know there are people like your employee Elizabeth to show kindness to me. You have hired well. If the world has more of her…. What a wonderful place this would be.Margaret

Disappointing. Fig & Prosciutto Flatbread was very good but they didn’t have all the beers on tap that are listed on the menu. Hip Hop music and flies in the dining area made it very difficult to enjoy the restaurant.

Airport food is probably not always the best type of meal you want to eat. But here I had Buffalo and lemon pepper wings and they were very well appetizing. Well done.
Worst service of my life. I always try to give people the benefit of the doubt if they are having a bad day but this server was so angry and mean, she pretty much blatantly wanted nothing to do with us or any other of her customers. We ended up leaving because we did not want to give her our money since we clearly couldn't get any real service. We ordered a drink from a different server and she told us the other girl would come take our order. She ignored us the entire time and never once came up to us other than when we first sat down and said we could only order from a QR code that didn't even work. But the other server was taking orders without the code like any normal sit down restaurant. I feel like this is something the owners need to be aware of because I would never let anyone that works for me disrespect my business to this degree. I have never in my life experienced anything like this and I would not want to employ anyone that treated my customers like this. We were not the only ones that saw this either. Wish we could have tried the food it looked good.

You have to order, tip and pay online before you get your meal. Then after I've already paid and tipped they tell me they're out of Caesar dressing. I wouldn't have ordered the salad, but no way to cancel it. Other than that the food is pretty good.

Nice airport bar. Friendly bartender. Half a dozen beer on tap and a nice wine selection. Had the black and blue steak sandwich which was delicious

Stopped for supper before a flight to Denver. The Burger was good enough but the fries were lacking as they were only semi warm. While the service was acceptable, it was hard to find a place to sit. For a place that sounded so promising, i wasn't really impressed with my visit.

WTF ! Susan is crushing it and I'm seeing a one, one star review on here that simply cannot be right. When I can walk in an establishment and you can remember a nuance of my drink order a week later you're officially giving service! I can barely remember all of things that I did yesterday and out of all of the interactions over the time span of a week to remember something that specific, that is 5 star service.
