My daughter and I got there 10 minutes before closing time and the young girl behind the counter wouldn’t look up at me because she was busy counting money and told me that they were closed. I informed her that the website said that they were open 10 more minutes. She said I don’t know what you want me to do but we’re closed. She then told me that I could go to the other Auntie Anne’s location. I asked her where it was, and she told me was it was on the other side of the mall. I asked her where exactly and she again said “on the other side of the mall.” I felt like management needed to know this. If I were an employer, I would not want one of my employees to be in the back of the kitchen on on their cell phone, while the other one was quickly counting money and closing early and turning away customers.

The pretzel dogs were $7, dry and didn't come with any type of dipping sauce. Paying airport prices and getting gas station quality didn't sit well with me.

Waited in line for a pretzel and ended up getting the pretzel dogs since they were fresher and just came out the oven. I had an extra pep in my step to get to my car to eat them peacefully and when I tell you the dough was undercooked and just made the whole experience so much worse. I threw them away because I didn’t want to jeopardize myself and baby getting sick due to them trying to hurriedly push out orders!I can appreciate the young men working hard to get the orders out, but that is unacceptable. This was the second floor location close to Dillard’s.

Casey (hopefully I spelled her name right) is great and so nice I always feel welcomed by her and I love pretzels. They could be fresher tbh but I know they don’t want to throw out pretzels after a certain amount of time just cause they’re not bought

Horrible!!!Spent 20 bucks on old hard cinn nuggets the pepperoni ones were even harder.Do not go to the one upstairs by Dillards. The service sucks food is old and they pressure you to tip. Never again!!!

The bottom of this pretzel dog tastes like chemicals. I have no idea how long it had been sitting there but they also wouldn’t give me a cup of water rather than paying for a bottled water so generally do not recommend this particular Auntie Anne’s. The staff was decently nice though!

Worst pretzels ever today. Old, stale, burned on bottom. When a cup of water to wash down this disaster was requested from stoner salesperson (who was more interested in cutting up with co-worker than selling,) his response was "we don't do that. We sell water." Wish I could attach the picture I took of this bagel.
