This is inside a hotel. So for travelers staying elsewhere might not work. Did not for us.

If I could give negative stars I would. This place is a hotel lounge not a restaurant. When my family walked in, we said hello and were going to ask where this place is, the front desk staff ignored us. We walked past the front desk and the bartender didn't acknowledge us at all. I'll never know if the food is worth a damn because I can go to McDonald's and get more of an acknowledgement. I don't work to spend my money and be treated like I don't exist. I was not impressed because of the rude staff.

Amazing food: best catfish basket & Cajun tortellini. The tortellini had the best Cajun cream sauce with Ajou sausage, red peppers & spinach. Both dinners were so good not many words were spoke. LOL The catfish has just the right crisp and season on the fish. And Jason, the bar tender, is fantastic man. Always friendly, upbeat & makes the best drinks. The chocolate cake is to die for!!!

The hotel itself need some major repairs including elevators set we're not properly functioning while we were there for our one night stay. My husband is handicapped and our room was on the tenth floor. Pricing is inaccurate at time of reservation vs check in and They did not honor their pricing which my reservation. I understand hotels being under renovations but clearly this hotel need major repair to be handicapped accessible. Staff were clueless as to if the elevator was even working properly (waited 20 mins) and received very poor customer service as they did not know how to properly bill or credit my account. I would not let my worst enemies dog stay there even if he had rabies.

This place deserves zero stars and should be closed. I never write reviews but if I could convince even one person to avoid this hotel it’ll be well worth the time. After having a great time at the Ed Sheeran concert, we walked for miles to get away from the crowd and get an Uber. We got back to the hotel hot, sweaty, and tired. Only to immediately be met with an elevator that didn’t work. We waited at LEAST 20 minutes. I’m not exaggerating. It was 12 am, not like there were tons of people needing to use it. In fact, the only reason it probably showed up at all was because a woman went to ask the front desk what was going on and they said they would “reset it”. Like…????? These long waits weren’t new, my husband had waited around 12 minutes for it the day before. Being on the 8th floor, after a long day, walking up the stairs wasn’t a pleasant prospect; and wouldn’t have even been possible for some older patrons. The fact that this obstacle even exists is embarrassing. If the hotel can’t afford to prioritize something as essential as the only “working” elevator (the second was broken and not running at all), they don’t even deserve to be open. On top of the terrible elevator, the room was a disappointment. The bathroom is tiny - you could fit two people in but you wouldn’t want to. And in ours specifically the door couldn’t close. Not wouldn’t - couldn’t. Like it physically didn’t fit. So if you wanted room to actually move while in there, you’d need to jam the door closed with something. We lived in England and this bathroom was among the smallest we’ve been in. Basically all the furniture besides maybe the beds need updating, especially the tub (who even uses tubs anymore?) The most convenient thing in the room was the mini fridge, which looked like it was an afterthought and unceremoniously set on the floor in the corner. The staff were kind enough but obviously not very proactive. How long do 7+ people have to stand in front of the elevator before you think it’s time to do something about it? If you’re still reading this, do yourself and everyone who will be with you a massive favor and avoid this sh****le hotel. The slightly lower price is NOT worth the trouble. Not only will we never come back, but we’ll do our best to forget this terrible experience completely so that the weekend will be remembered in a more pleasant light. Hotel Preston, fix for f*****g elevators.

One reason that I booked this hotel was because they had a free shuttle to and from the airport. When we got to the airport we called the hotel and they said that their shuttle was out of service because it was in a wreck. It was actually sitting in the parking lot with a little bit of a ding on the bumper. So that cost us an extra $40 in Uber charges. Another reason I would say to skip this place is the people at the front desk were incredibly rude. Probably some of the rudest people I have ever encountered at a hotel. The only two people that were nice were the ones running the bar area. Another thing that was horrible was the elevators. There was only one working and it only worked about half the time. When staying on the 10th floor, that makes it difficult to get to and from your room. They never had anyone come and service the elevators the entire time we were there. And the final thing that completely put me over the edge is that the entire hotel smelled like pot. People were smoking marijuana everywhere and all of the hallways and entryways reeked of pot. To say that we were disappointed in this hotel is a huge understatement.

This hotel is quirky, fun, clean, has great food, and the only place I stay when coming to Nashville for concerts, flying out, or visiting family. The staff is exceptional and the hotel is centrally located to all that Nashville has to offer.

This hotel is a literal death trap. Only one elevator "works" and I def meant to put that in quotations. The elevator doors hit a woman on our way up hard enough that she dropped her coffee. The keycards don't work, myself and 6 other guests ended up walking down 11 flights to get new cards so we could access our rooms. The remaining elevator doesn't work without a keycard so it's stairs or bust. We booked two rooms, they had one reservation. This is NOT accessible for anyone with a disability to the point that even doordash can't bring food to your room and the staff won't either. Stay at the motel 6. Less money and less chance of death. I've never left a bad review for anyone but this place should be closed.

Nice hotel but when I arrived there was no luggage carts available and also when I left none were available . Also both elevators were broken at one time. There was one elevator that wasn’t working my entire stay. It was a huge inconvenience.

It's nice and clean. The bathroom was really outdated. The curtain rod was burly hanging on and the tub didn't drain fast enough during the shower. The ceiling tile was about to come down. I'm adding more cause it needs to be 200 characters

Don’t know where to even start. First, checked in & went to room where it was already being occupied. Went back to front desk to be assigned another room. Headboard was literally falling off the wall, window shade was ripped off and laying over the AC, and TV did not work. We were told none of the TVs worked but yet our other families 2 rooms worked. They offered to move us to a 3rd room which had no TV at all! The large mirror hanging on the wall literally fell off when I tried to move my suitcase. Thankfully my daughter was standing near me & was able to catch it before it smacked into the back of my head!! There was only one roll of toilet paper so we were literally having to go to our family’s room for extra. Also, there were only wash clothes in the bathroom. No bath towels to dry off with. Saying the service was terrible doesn’t even cut it! They are of no help & seemed irritated that we were calling or coming down with issues. At some point it became comical how awful the entire hotel was! Should have known it was going to be awful when their highway sign was missing majority of the letters in their name!
