So delicious! We got coconut, banana, pineapple. After we got back Hawaii we craved some shave ice like we had on the island. We found a perfect treat to satisfy our craving with Blue Monkey! They didn't have ice cream when we went so hopefully they have it next time but they did have the cream for kn top. We loved it! So yummy!
On a hot Tennessee day, this shaved iced was exactly the thing to cool us off for a few minutes. The amount of syrup coating the snowball shaped shaved ice was sweet & just the right amount. From the vast menu of choices, our group tried: Sour gummy worm, tart cherry/lemonade, watermelon & rainbow. Will definitely track down this food truck again over the next several months as a special treat!
