What an amazing experience!!! There is not one bad thing I can say about this place. From scheduling our reservation to paying the bill, everything was easy and enjoyable.My wife and I celebrated our 24th anniversary and chose Bourbon Steak as a new experience. The staff were very friendly and personable. The atmosphere was beautiful and the food, the food was superb!!!Everything was worth the experience and we will definitely be back again. This is a huge must if you are in the area!!

We've heard so many great things about this restaurant for a long while but have never quite planned ahead enough to secure a reservation. I can totally understand why they book up regularly! We went for my birthday and they definitely have celebrations down, as they found the perfect balance of making me feel special and seen without anything over the top. We loved absolutely everything we ate and drank. The duck fat fries were delicious, and we had the wagyu tartar to start with, which I was new to but really enjoyed and was really surprised by how light and refreshing it was. We shared the rib cap and 4oz of one of the Japanese wagyu options. Both were absolutely delicious but we had never had Japanese wagyu before and I totally get it now. The brussels and mac n cheese were perfection, and then after much deliberation we had the s'mores smoked cake and ice cream which was fantastic and the presentation made it feel extra special with the extra drama of pulling off the smoked filled cloche. I appreciated the extra little serving of cake with a candle in it, which felt like the perfect little extra touch. Definitely pricey but we will absolutely be back again!

Fabulous evening all around! Food was great service was exceptional. Our server John and his helper Ryan were fantastic. We truly enjoyed the evening visiting with them as time allowed. The broiled shellfish platter was excellent, used to the cold version at many restaurants but felt the broiling brought it up a level.

Everything about this place is top notch- location, service, food, even the view in the restroom! We have experienced Bourbon Steak’s culinary delights many times, highly recommending it to loved ones. Last month my family and I chose this gem to celebrate my birthday as well as some accomplishments of my children. Anthony went above and beyond, making it a memorable experience for everyone. We had an unexpected elevator issue, TJ (the head of security) was incredibly attentive as was Michael from the Bourban Steak. We were treated so kindly and compassionately, that we came back with my parents the next night. Whether you reserve a table or walk in to the bar, you are sure to have an unforgettable experience. Don’t forget the s’mores desert- our absolute favorite!

The entire wait staff was amazing. Their fries are amazing. We enjoyed both the Cesar salad and the wedge salad. I don’t think I would order the crab cake or the pork belly fried rice again. The steaks and the Mac n cheese were incredible. Overall great experience and would recommend it to friends and family.

Generally disappointed. They would not seat my friends until I arrived, even though the table was available and in plain view and they actually would have accrued MORE revenue by doing so. Service was “ok”, but at a place like this I expect extraordinary. It took over 10 minutes for first greeting once seated. The biggest disappointment was they did not deliver the birthday chocolates that we had texted about. I chose this place because I wanted that experience to be frictionless. The birthday card was waiting on the table, but chocolates were never delivered. Food was good, particularly the filet mignon and the broccolini.

Stellar experience all around. Dishes ranged from very good to absolutely top notch.100 day dry aged ribeye is a marvel. I love a really flavorful dry aged steak, with the funky almost blue cheese-esque notes that serious dry aging imparts. Not every dry aged steak manages to hit this level...but this one, this one is SPOT, ON. Exceptionally flavorful, concentrated top quality ribeye flavor. Perfectly tender throughout. Great marbling gave bursts of extra flavor.Other excellent dishes. The complimentary duck fat fries with various seasonings, crisp and savory and just go down TOO easy. The A5 wagyu strip appetizer portion - perfect way to sample this unique flavor as well, if say you're dining as a couple and wanting to share a bigger steak as your primary entrée. The pork belly - such a well balanced fatty/sweet/tart dish. Lobster pot pie - luxury comfort food at its finest, loved that the veggies were snappy, not overcooked.Service was top notch while maintaining a pleasant approachability - no fake saccharine interactions. Ambiance is good - it's a big loud steakhouse, but comfortable with good lighting and decor, and of course the view is a lovely bonus.
