If you’re truck driver and wanna place an order for delivery to the nearest truck stop, make sure you have at least two hours to waste waiting for your food?I think it’s their delivery guy’s fault but still management has to take care of it.

The pizza was late. The pizza was cold. The driver was surly and unapologetic. When I complained the manager offered me $5 off my next order. Clearly they're out of touch with reality because I'm not ever buying from this restaurant again. I don't recommend it.

Pizza was ok. They delivered to the wrong part of the building and were over 20 minutes late. Pizza was cold by the time I got it. $28 between delivery fee and tip doesn't seem worth it. I contacted them because I think they forgot an item, but they disagreed. They got my money once and that's good enough for them.

The best chicken kebabs we have ever had--so flavorful, juicy, and tender. We also love their osh (an Uzbek rice dish), lemon tea, and naan (seeded bread)
I live in FL and theres a Brooklyn Pizza where I live. I accidentally made an order to this restaurant thinking it was the same. When I realized I placed the order to the wrong address noone answered the phone. I contacted their "customer support" and they were unable to help. I then downloaded the app and "chatted" with someone who couldn't help either. Bottom line is... I was not able to pick up the order, I was not able to cancel the order but the restaurant charged me for the food as if I did. I think this leaves a terrible first impression and I will never visit this place if I visit Nashville.Edit: I spoke with the restaurant over the phone who stated they will process a refund. I used the slice app to make the order. Slice said the payment was made to the restaurant and they couldn't refund me. They called the restaurant and the individual stated they would authorize Slice to provide the refund. This did not happen because the restaurant said the opposite when they spoke to Slice directly. I think the owner's response below, speaks to the type of service business and service you get from this place. Wow!

Only eat here if you're prepared for food poisoning. I placed an order online because they looked decent and had good prices. I walked in to pick it up and there was a foul smell. I saw that they are also a middle eastern restaurant as well as a pizza place, which I thought was a little odd but willing to give it a chance. I then saw as I looked further that it was absolutely filthy. They had ants crawling up the wall right next to the cash register at the front of their restaurant. I was able to sneak a photo of what I could see in the "kitchen". I am appalled that they haven't been shut down.

We order both delivery and pickup from Brooklyn Pizza & Cafe frequently. The pizza is consistently excellent and the Stromboli is so good! Bonus points for having Kalamata olives!!
