Worst bagel shop ever. They never answer their phones and don’t allow you to order online. Maybe they’ll read this review and allow me to order a dozen bagels years from now. I hope so. Good bagels. Lousy service.(Hint company app does NOT allow you to order. Phone message says it does. But you can’t. So don’t waste your time. If you want to preorder a dozen bagels in Nashville, you can go to other breugghers in Franklin and 20 minute drive away. They at least answer their phone!)

I came back here after years of going here. I used to come here almost every day. Brueggers sucks so hard now. Took 30 minutes on a week day morning barely any customers to get a cream cheese bagel I ordered ahead on the app. And everyone in store got there’s first. The store is also really dirty. Dirt all over the floor.

Great breakfast sandwich! I had the brisket and jalapeño bagel, it’s a must try. I’m not sure why they only have a 3.7 but it was very tasty!

Tried giving this place 1 more chance in person after multiple incorrect orders for delivery. Went over an hour before closing and did not even get to walk into the building before a worker came out and advised there were no bagels left. How are you a bagel shop with no bagels over an hour before closing? Who manages this place-because you’re doing a POOR job! Don’t even waste your time with this place as you will be disappointed every time.

Every time I order from here they somehow manage to send me the incorrect item, but this time they sent me a sandwich with raw bacon on it. Moving on from this place.

Take a pass on this location. There were only 2 tables available to sit. No specialty coffee available. Bagel was not toasted even though it was ordered that way. When I brought the creamer jug to the counter because it was empty one of the staff asked “and you set that there why?” as if I were interrupting her day. Sometimes good food can make up for bad service. Not here. There are other options.

I can literally go to this place everyday. Want to give a special shout out to Muffin at the Harding Pike location. She has made my sandwiches to perfection every time and she has a great personality. She needs a raise. She was making sandwiches, making sure orders were going out correctly, keeping production flowing and making sure customers left satisfied. That means a lot when dealing with food. You can tell she is passionate about her job and quality of food she is giving out to the public. Great job!!! I will forever be a customer. Thank you.

Of the three things to put on a sausage, egg, and cheese bagel they did manage to put the egg and cheese, however it was notably void of sausage. This was the only order at the time as well, so a bit of a let down.Be sure to check your iced coffee to make sure it has ice or coffee in it next time you swing around; unfortunately it can get pretty complicated!

Brueggers is a chain restaurant. But these gals cook and serve like they own the place. The food is awesome!!!!

Long time customer - bagels always good and fresh. But the store seems to have transitioned to self-service and takeout only now. Only two small tables - have to pour your own coffee. Is this what our society is moving towards everywhere? Not enough people who want to work? This place is headed downhill.

Big Bruegger’s fan but has to be the worst Bruegger’s I’ve been to. Ordered two breakfast sandwiches, they charged me for it. I noticed upon eating it they both didn’t have any eggs in them, they THEN decided they would inform me they don’t have any eggs. Come on guys!

I grew up getting Bruegger’s Bagels, and it’s been a favorite of mine since I was a little girl. So being in town, I was excited to have it again.I remembered one of my favorite sandwiches, the peppered bacon egg and cheese and was excited to see it on the menu and decided to get it.I wanted to try to get a bagel with the salmon cream cheese that I remembered getting mom my mom, but apparently that doesn’t exist any more. This sandwich was not the one I grew up with, to say the least. The bag and wrapper was SOAKING in grease. The egg was green/ grey, there was hardly any cheese. The bacon was not peppered, nor crisp. Just plain, fatty and sad.The bagel was pretty good/fresh so I’ll give points there. But that was the only part of my sandwich I enjoyed.I had seen reviews about the lack of quality these days and I decided to ignore them and take my chances. But unfortunately they were correct.I’ll miss the Bruegger’s I once knew, cause it was seriously one of my favorite breakfast spots.

Worst excuse for a bagel shop in the history of bagels. I did wonder why they took out all the tables so there is no place to sit and eat.
