Indoor and outdoor dining rooms and an easy to access area for people opting to order carry out via their smartphone app. Clean, decent service, friendly staff, and plenty of seating each offering unobstructed viewing of the many TV's setup throughout the place playing whatever games, or sporting events being broadcast at the time.Parking: It has plenty of parking directly in front and on the side of the store, but even if that were to fill up, it is located in the Nashville West Shopping center area and being located opposite Target in the shopping center there is plenty more parking located close by (10 - 12 yards past their parking lot area) on the other side of the shopping centers small street used to navigate between stores.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes it is with plenty of handicapped parking and ramps for easy access.

First time ever going to Buffalo Wild Wings. I had higher expectations. We tried 10 boneless wings, half Garlic Parmesan and half Thai Curry. They were very delicious, I love how crispy they were. We also got the ultimate nachos and paid an extra $3 for brisket. What makes them ultimate? They barely had anything on them. The service could also improve, the waitress seemed rude and confused about simple questions.

Horrible customer service. I'd give zero stars if I could. Placed an online order around 5pm on a weekday and arrived at the scheduled time. The place was not very busy at that time of the day. I waited in the entrance area for several minutes with no one coming to the front. I eventually moved all the way to right at the entrance to the dining room, far enough where I could actually see into the kitchen. I could see a couple of to go orders waiting to be picked up. I stood there for another 10 minutes with numerous servers walking by, all the while the employee working the kitchen window made eye contact with me several times. I doubt it was the servers responsibility handling the front of house duties, but after walking by enough times you'd think they might ask if they could help. Once the kitchen window employee and 3 other servers started standing in a huddle just talking for another couple of minutes, I eventually gave up and had to walk to the kitchen entrance and ask if any of the orders sitting up there were mine. Of course, it had been sitting up there the entire time that I had been standing there and was cold by the time I got it home. In total, I probably had been standing there almost 20 minutes. The phone was ringing nonstop for at least 15 of those with no one worried about it. There was a delivery driver already waiting when I got there, and they eventually gave up and left (I feel bad for the person who had ordered the delivery). If they had been busy, I could understand having to wait for a little bit, but they weren't busy at all and knew without a doubt that I had been standing there all that time. They just flat out didn't care. Anyone thinking about ordering online think twice.

I came in for some dinner and cocktails afterwards . The food was delicious. I frequently visit there and I have never left negative reviews at any place of business. The server Sebal, is rude and has a negative attitude . She lacks customer service skills and she made an offensive statement that is unacceptable. I spend $40-50 when I come in and I receive excellent customer service from other servers. I’m not quite sure why she’s difficult to communicate with, but my intention is that I will not be returning until this issue is resolved. I intend to proceed further with this matter because of the lack of respect and discrimination towards me.

You just can’t go wrong with buffalo wild wings, okay. Of course the food is delicious. I am a vegetarian and I love to get the cauliflower wings. I love the variety of sauces they have. They never disappoint. And the staff is very kind.
