The costumer service is horrible they told me 25.66 I give him 26 he comes to second window and tells me that a dollar missing I don't mid giving them an extra dollar but he tells me u don't got 1.68 I was like na pay whit card they only charge me 0.66 he was trana rob me an they forgot my food

My friend was in the bathroom and tall black guy had an attitude saying bathrooms are closed and he called my friend the n word. This is unacceptable he shouldn’t be working there with that type of behavior.

STAY AWAY ! Every time that I have went here in the morning.They take at least 20 minutes to make a simple order. Twice I have had to wait 20 minutes for a chicken biscuit. And they are not even busy today. They gave my order to the wrong individual. And not only that, They took his meal.That was my meal that had already opened and threw it away.Did not even let him keep it for the inconvenience of making his order messed up and making him also waitNot only that each time that I ordered a chicken biscuit they've told me to drive around and wait both times nobody has come out to bring the food I have to go back in and remind them that i'm waiting outside for my foodIt's been a very poor experience every time. Just close this damn place or start over with new morning employees and managers

I had a mobile order it was placed about 15 minutes before i showed up. I sat at the speaker for 5 min then sat at the window for 10 minutes and went back thru did that about 3 times so i was doing circles in the drive thru for 30+ min order already paid for while i see the employees in the back just talking and chilling on their phones food is cold and made incorrect every time i come here i inly come to this one because its the closest one but that was their last straw i wouldn't come here

Went through drive through the older black lady was so rude and nasty we placed our order drove up and she just stared at us while drinking her coffee when she did approach the window she asked "what do you want" I said "a total you said pull up for a total" I believe she was stealing because then she said her computer crashed so the order didn't go through and she had to add the price up on paper ??? so when she gave us this outrageous total of like $28.54 I told her I only had a card she literally told me I could cash app her the money we just pulled off because she's definitely stealing
