It's not the newest or nicest looking Burger King I have ever been to it's just your usual older looking fast food restaurant. The inside is clearly maintained well and kept up with. That may not sound like a big accomplishment or something to be praised over, until you take into account that this location seems to be perpetually under staffed and must have a high turn over rate of its employees, as I never seem to recognize anyone the next time I go by from my previous visits. Staff tends to be very friendly each and every time I interact with them be it from the drive thru or dining in.Parking: I've never seen the place all that busy with people in its dining room, so there is always plenty of parking anytime I have visited this locationKid-friendliness: It's about as kid friendly as any other major fast food chain, with meals specifically for children and I believe a children's menu too.Wheelchair accessibility: It is wheelchair accessible. It had ramps near the main entrance and plenty of room for a wheel chair from the entrance to where they take your order, a self-serve drink station and the dining room. So there shouldn't be any issue with access for anyone in a wheelchair

Just *tried* to get a simple order of fries and nuggets, mostly because that's the only reasonable thing with how much they've jacked up their prices. Had a woman ask me to hold on "just a moment please." Of course! Noooo problem. Sometimes that's necessary. But after 8 minutes of total silence and no one else still being helped at the window ahead of me, well, it's not necessary anymore. Who knows how much longer it would have been. Two cars had pulled up behind me so I just gave up to let them decide if they wanted to waste more of their own time. Sad thing is it seems that that is exactly what almost every "fast food" location in the greater Nashville area wants us to do now: Just give up and go home. No wonder so many are closing left and right.

We came through the drive through at 10:55 when Google said they close at 11:30. The automated answerer at the drive thorough was still on as were all the lights. No one answered at the drive through and we went through twice. On the second time around we saw an employee just sitting in a booth on their phone.
Food was great today, and the gal taking orders said I ruled. Nice.

First time going to this Burger King and honestly I didn’t think they were open because most fast food places open late and close early during winter storms but they were the ONLY place open in the area. Everyone else was closed. And there was just one employee there taking orders, making food, and walking the food out to customers. And on top of that they were so nice. They deserve a raise in my opinion. I was there at 6:15am on 01/20/24. If I’m in this area, I’m skipping all the other fast food joints and coming back here. If I could give more stars I would. Good job yall.

Food was as expected for burger king except the wrapper??? Why was my wrappers on my sandwiches soaked in oil of some sort? Also i asked for LIGHT ICE and get a cup full... This isnt funny when you rob people of their money because not getting a simple drink order right prompts a bad review and no return... Seriously whats goin on here??
