The food is a hit or miss depending on what you order. Chicken fries are usually cool to order but burgers are mostly old. When they are fresh they are truly on point and not sloppy.. customer service is a erage depending on who is working. The atmosphere is truly better then most fast food restaurants.
The inside was some what clean, still had some minor trash on floor and by drink machine but otherwise clean. The food was served hot and fresh, the service was ok you could tell the employees were just there to work not happy but but not angry either.

I'm honestly surprised that this location is rated 4 stars. What I wanted to order they didn't apparently have, the ice cream machine was down but not soon after someone at the drive through ordered an ice cream and suddenly the machine worked. I have nothing against music but when the employees can't hear a customer saying "excuse me" then there might be a bit of dissatisfaction there. None of the condiments were stocked. I love burger king, and have hope for the future of this restaurant but very disappointing experience at that location.

They were rude for no reason. The bearded lady shoved ketchup packets into my hand and then slammed the window. They are lucky I’m evolved because i did nothing to deserve that. If you are that miserable then find another job. I shouldn’t be punished for having an appetite.

Horrible. Got order wrong. Then wanted to argue with me about it. Bad food wrong order,unpleasant ppl and service. Horrible. Won't be back! After seeing how many other similar reviews...I agree either close this location or hire all new staff. Subjecting your customers to these ppl is just wrong.

Horrible Horrible, they need to close this place down or hire a whole new team. They act like they are miserable being there , hate being there. Always rude , never not once have I went and they have been smiling or nice or even say thank you Nothing. They will try to fight you when they mess up your order and then be all loud and ghetto for zero reasoning . As a black woman it's a shame it makes us look bad . I get it fast food is hard work I use to do it , but I always put my customers first we are there for them we get paid to deal with them and fix issues . Please please Hire a new team or just take this place down or close it ! Nobody likes coming here and avoids it and goes to the other side of town just because!

Crazy cash register girl, talking about God and leaning out the window at me before she gave me back my credit card. As I pulled away, she continued leaning out of the window staring and yelling at me even while other customers came and went from her window. VERY creepy and totally offensive. When I said something at the pick-up window, the girl frowned and said another God-based something or other. And the order was both ice cold and wrong. Disgusting food and disturbing "service". I would have called the manager, but seeing how this location was working, I figured it wouldn't have mattered. CREEPY CRAZY

Well on the way I stopped at Burger King and unfortunately it wasn't open already running late trying to get a coffee just to find out that you guys can't open on time with that being said I'd appreciate if you guys are running a business you can at least open on time thank you but no thank you I thought you were there because it's time consuming

Worst BK ever. Most unprofessional staff I've ever seen. Placed a pickup order, waited 10 minutes, then let them know "im here"... walked in and had to wait for the 5 people that came in after me to get their food first. They close the dining room whenever they feel like it, so most of the time you have to cancel pick up orders.
