I just don’t understand how Nashville fast food restaurants are so bad. I truly think it’s because no matter what, your restaurant will do well even if the service and food is so bad. Terrible staff, my coffee was lukewarm, food was trash, never coming back again.

Someone please have some oversite on the food. I order a classic chicken sandwich and got home and thing was like concrete on the edges. Seemed like it had been cooked once and then cooked again. And even the middle was chewy. It was awful. And I have heartburn now. Paid over $5 for that. And the lady at the window was rude. Why. How tough is it to just do the sandwich properly. Waste of money.

The food was fresh and hot. I can't give if five stars because I substituted onion rings for fries. I was only give 4 ring. Didn't even fill the container. I first thought they had spilled in the bottom of the sack but that wasn't the case... I was sort of shocked.

I went to pick up Uber Eats 10 minutes before closing time, employees refused to hand me the order, telling me the are closed.Don’t accept orders if you close

Food wae good, fries & onion rings were cold, but tolerable, my dogs lived the chicken nuggets, I've called multiple times. I was not given my card back at the drive thru window. Hoping they call me as I don't like giving bad reviews. They work too hard for bad reviews. Please call me

Marqui was so fast and polite his store is so clean during lunch rush he is always polite friendly and goes out of his way to accommodate everyone at yhe store his crew is so friendly and is a delight to go to his
