I was checked out by a black haired Latina lady at the register and she called her boss over an old 5 dollar bill. I feel like I was profiled. I did have another 5 dollar bill to give her. But to think my money is fake in any way is wild. Like wow. The service was awful and my food was cold. Her service was absolute

Burger located inside Opry Mills. Prices are absolutely ridiculous, you're better off going to Chili's to get a real burger meal for the same price. Very stingy with the ranch, we had 4 meal order and asked for at least 4 ranch, we were told it's 1 per order.

It's usually pretty good. I guess they don't like mobile orders. I got only one very small tomato slice ony whopper. I know there is supposed to be two slices. I know they are busy because it is a mall location. Still, it was disappointing.
Burger King at Opry Mills in Nashville is a well managed Burger King that has everything that you need in a Burger King and more. They are very efficient at getting everything together when you need it. I have been happy with all of the purchases that I have made from here.

So slow. I stood in line, waiting for my food for 25 minutes. The order taker did my have a good command of English and had a hard time understanding me. The cooks mosied around slowly as if no one was there and with never a smile. Then, to top it all off, the order was wrong, but I wasn't about to go back. One cook had loose hair down to her knees. Aren't they supposed to wear hair up or in hairnets? From now on, if I want Burger King, it won't be from Opry Mills Mall.
