all three ppl working there were looking down and playing on phones and didn't even say anything to us at all. very unwelcome feeling. well we ordered ham cheese croissant got to other side of airport and opened to see no ham at all and old hash browns. I immediately walked back across airport to get a refund. will never eat here again.

I was hungry for a small bite, so I stopped at Burger King to get a kids meal! The burger was a good size for me and my hunger level, but the fry seemed big! I was surprised. Mine didn't come with a toy nor ice cream cup, but I'm not too bothered. The patty was definitely sitting there a while, as the edges were dry and tough. Came with a small fountain drink which I got coke. Was a good size. I'd say if you're averagely hungry not starving, a $6 kids meal is the way to go!

The $7 Jr Bacon Cheeseburger Bun was tough. Like it has been microwaved several times. However, it is the only fast food I could find at the Nashville terminal that was my lunchtime layover location. One star was deserved only because the French fries were fresh from the fryer. Choose anywhere else if you have the time to wait.

Worst Burger King experience ever, the burger was cold and the bun was stale and the whole thing was inedible. Very disappointing, especially for an airport location when people are hungry and have limited options and expect to get something they can count on.

This is by far the worst Burger King I've ever been to. Literally gross. If you want a bunch of middle schoolers making you burgers that aren't even assembled when you unwrap them then come here. Google says it’s open until 11:00 on Sundays. At 9:30 they said they were closing soon and only offering cheeseburgers. There were at least 6-7 people working there. Seemed like they were just lazy to me.
I'll go hungry before eating here or at any of the other establishments this company runs at BNA. The service is rude, indifferent, and lacks basic decency in human exchanges. This places gives BK a bad name.

Totally incompetent...was in a hurry, couldn't enjoy one of the many amazing places at the BNA airport. So I had to do fast food, ordered a Whopper JR, NO PICKLE, NO MUSTARD and an onion ring. Ran to my gate, get on my flight, they have me a hamburger with pickle and mustard ONLY! The onion rings were still frozen! $18 for this shit! Was so pissed!! Avoid this place at all costs!
