We are traveling. In a motor home. We parked & I tried to go in to order but the dining room doors were locked. Knocked on door & was waved to go to drive through… but our rv CAN’T go through… walked up to order & they wouldn’t answer me!!! Tried 3 times!!! We left!! Ate at McD’s

The one person working with customers was completely overwhelmed. It was not her fault because management was asking her to do too much! We arrived at 12:45. No straws. No lids. No napkins. Every table and most of the seats were disgusting, so we decided not to "dine in". Most of the drink choices were out of syrup. Lots of people needing their orders redone. A mess.

They've hired new people and the amount you get is just robbery. I WAS GIVEN ONLY 8 CRISPY CROWNS. EIGHT. Do not go here until they fix their portion control. Not to mention I told them the mocha was way under flavored. They said "just stir it". Lady idk if you know what stirring is but it implies that there's actually something to stir. The mocha tasted like old coffee and water. I'm never wasting my money here again, and this used to be a good place to eat. I used to go here once or twice a week.

First thing first drive thru person should not be working in drive thru. He greeting was go head with your order. Me n my husband came to get food tonight (1/21/24) he ordered a number and I ordered nuggets small onion rings and a large orange vanilla hi c no ice. Got to the window and seen he was already mad. Noticed my drink had ice and when I said something about it he threw the drink back in the drain to get one with no ice. I check my order and notice he rung me up for chicken fry instead of nuggets gav me the nugget and to get home and they were old cold and dry like they been sitting for hours. This location has definitely gone downhill and should be shut down serving cold food or raw food can get someone sick or worse

Person waiting on me was on his cell phone the whole time and the entire time I was eating also. I think all fast food places suck at service. You can eat at a restaurant just as cheap and be waited on. I only stop when I am traveling.

The worst BK we have ever been to. Customer service was horrible. Bathrooms locked and you had to make a purchase to get a key. We asked her for a key and they said we had to order. We placed the order and then paid...asked for a key and they refused. Said the Bathroom was out of order, but we had just seen someone of another race leave the bathrooms and return a key. It was clearly because of our skin color. You can get a key without a food order if your certain races but refused a key if your other races.
The Bacon King was de-luscious washed down with creamy vanilla shake!

If you care about what how your food is made and the environment in which it is made, DONT EVER STEP FOOT INTO THIS ESTABLISHMENT. The White tall manager is incompetent and rude to his customers. The own manager wouldn’t put gloves on after I saw with my own two eyes that he’s wasn’t wearing any. The lobby is dirty and it is blatantly obvious about the drug deals going on here.

What a mess. I know fast food is just that...fast food...but took forever and not fast. Lady taking the order near made eye contact, sort of rude to couple of folks (who left). Female restroom was not working and everyone was using male restroom. It's dirty. Food was subpar. Fried chicken sandwich was over cooked (burnt), chicken nuggets for the kids were hard and warm. Probably will not eat there anymore
