I waited in the drive thru line for over 30 minutes and there was only 2 cars in front of me and you figured that for waiting so long the food would be fresh but it wasn’t. My food was cold and my fish was hard as a rock I couldn’t even eat it

What animal are they serving Captain D's? This is not fish. Sunday 1/14/24 3708 Gallatin Pike Nashville, Tn 37216. O paid almost $40. For the 10 piece family meal and I was told I could not get a refund on my second call to the store because they could only refund in the first 30 minutes. We were traveling and trying to beat the snow coming to Nashville and couldn't turn around. The supervisor Shericka confirmed they changed the fish, and it's not chicken. She paused when I asked her what kind of fish it was, she said she didn't know. I grew up in this area and am disgusted to see this is what captain D's has turned into. What are you selling and why? I called and emailed their customer service before posting an online review, no response from the store or corporate.

Food is usually ok but you have to wait a hr for your food. I mean not exactly an hr, but damn. They could cook several batches while waiting for one meal. Also my drink they gave me was half way filled up. I don't get how you mess everything up in one

Took 27 mins to serve 4 cars in the drive through. There was a boy in street clothes just chillin behind the counter with the cashier. Maybe her boyfriend. Will not go here until wait times are reasonable.
I had a two piece fish and shrimp. It was delicious. She gave me extra tartar sauce. I went mid afternoon and ordered some food at the drive through. The lady was so polite and nice. great place to

This Captain D's is terrible very nasty with mold everywhere the food was cold when we got it just like it just came out of the cooler and they would not reheat it for us and would not give us a refund! I have contacted the health department to investigate

It was slow the whole time I was there. But I noticed something. The crew was at work cleaning and stocking the whole time! The cashier was agreeable and offered me a complimentary water when I didn't order a soft drink. The fish was freshly cooked and the Mac and cheese was great as was the coleslaw! I was so impressed that I had to congratulate the manager. By the way, I worked for an international hotel corporation for thirty years. This crew was tight!

Went thru drive thru associate was very rude and we waited in line for 20 min. Then when we got our food the Mac n cheese was not even heated at all. It felt like it was just taken out of the cooler. Will never go back!! The girl in drive thru really need to be taught customer service or this place will not be open long. 3 people in my group and all of us are very unhappy. 1 was her 1st time there and she said she would never go back!! I agree!! Horrible!!
