The manager’s here was very rude. Their attitude about replacing my food was I had to bring back the cold food. When everyone knows a restaurant is not suppose to take food back. Emily was the worse person to deal with when I asked to speak with her she could not make eye contact with me because she knew she was wrong, I felt she racially profiled me the moment she sized me up and was not trying to hear anything I had to say!! The unprofessional attitude in that place was unreal in 2024

HORRIBLE SERVICE AND FOOD!!! DONT GO!!My husband,toddler sons and I went to this location on a Friday at 4pm,sat in traffic for almost 15 minutes just to get this plate!! $10 for this!!!!?!?? The macaroni noodles were extremely overcooked to the point were the consistency was identical to baby food,hush puppies were over cooked and the chicken was not fresh at all and soggy!!!! Ridiculous,ghetto and unacceptable!!!

Go in at 730 is on a Tuesday, place is empty. Car comes through drive through and the cook is telling them 30 minute or more wait.i order, they tell me the same thing. Then, out of half of my order. Get home, fish is cold. And just look at my "order" of fries. I got a chuckle out of the absurdity, but doubt I will revisit this one. I'll just make the drive to Hendersonville.

Showed up at 10:30. Finally got in at 10:49 for an order. It was wet and cold outside. I knocked on the window and an employee acknowledged me. But it took the Manager that long to open the door. She had already been told there was a customer outside. It was raining and cold. The food was great once I got inside to be served. Also one employee parked right beside the front door. I'd think you would want to keep that area open for disabled and handicapped people. Also the dining room was a complete mess. Couldn't find a clean table. So I cleaned up one myself.

I understand that ppl make mistakes first of all…I was a regular customer but not any more after the way I was treated today..My order was wrongThey said if bring it back they would Fixit..Well I had to go back to the truck to get $1.03 change so we could start all over again??? What???This doesn’t seem right after I’ve had to drive all the way back there…I remember the day when the customer was always right.. The counter help doesn’t have the right to cause a scene then scream at me “ You have a problem”In front of all the customers…The problem is with the employees not making things right.. and then being disrespectful … and expect me make the cash register correct for their mistake..Wheelchair accessibility: Yes
