The good here is amazing but the bartenders could be better. One girl said she hated her job, another heavier set girl had her fingers in her mouth eating and the blonde one had an attitude. Hated giving these people my money. The food is amazing tho.

About an hour wait for a table, but the wait was worth it as the live music was amazing! Highly recommend the Taco Salad (not pictured), the Elote and Music city Queen cocktail.
Very disappointed. The food was not anything at all to be remotely wowed about. The service was good for the food but when we went upstairs to the rooftop the female bartender with dark hair was horrible and rude. Def made it a bad experience. Atmosphere and decor is really cool, the only good thing I can say.
Yesterday 04/20/2024 The female bartender on the 3rd floor in the very beginning bar, was so rude with no reason, just because I was finishing my drink at the bar. She said “you need to move” and I said “ok just give me a second to finish my drink is that ok?” She said “no you need to move now” lol she couldn’t wait 1 minute? Im the customer.So she calls the security and she makes a total drama. Definitely I don’t recommend this place to anyone. Go to another bar you have more options better than this!

I waited in line for over 15 minutes to get into the bar. When we finally reached the front, the bouncer let over 10 of his friends in ahead of us, causing further delay. When I spoke up, the bouncer became defensive and ultimately refused entry to all of us, seemingly unjustly. So, just a heads up, you have a bouncer running the front as if he pays the bills and owns the bar.

Eat here….. but DONT SET YOUR DRINK DOWN!!Wish I could give Zero stars for Service……Was super excited to see Miranda’s place in Nashville and the menu looked great!Upon arrival, we were able to get seats at the second floor bar quickly and initially had great chatter and service with the waiter (tall dark haired guy working on 4-19-24…. They don’t wear name tags :( ).Ordered drinks (about $15 each) and waters ….. and enjoyed the chips appetizer before ordering dinner.Ordered fajitas and was in the middle of eating and only halfway done with my drink and another employee behind the bar takes my drink and dumps it out! I go to take a drink and realized that my drink was gone and so I ask the guy if he took my drink…. He denies it to my face as I watch him cleaning up other things. Soooo…. I mention it to my waiter and he says that he was told that my glass was empty (not true as I would’ve ordered another drink and was halfway through dinner and planned to stay awhile after dinner as well for more drinks).Instead of trying to make it right, the waiter just shrugs his shoulders and walks away!!Next…. I see a new person (tall brunette) behind the bar and ask if she is a manager and she says yes I am! I tell her what transpired and that my drink was dumped out and the waiter did nothing to make it right. She flat out ignored me and just stood there unwilling to do nothing!Really frustrated at this point (and still halfway through dinner and drinking water at this point) and so I ask if I can go ahead and get my bill while I am clearly still eating. The original waiter immediately brings the bill and starts clearing my dinner while I am eating and I had to stop him so I could finish my meal! It was pretty obvious at this point that the employees like to push people through instead of focusing on customer service and making their wrongs right!I finished eating, signed the bill and gave a deservingly $0 tip. The sad part of all of this is that I am now writing a bad review from what started as half of a $15 drink that was thrown away…..apparently the staff and management at Miranda’s restaurant feels that a bad review and a lost customer was worth $7.50 (half of my disposed drink)…. Because they did nothing to fix their mistake!I rarely write reviews but took the time for this one as I am hoping that nobody else has to experience bad service at this place again.#dobetter#MirandaLambert#CasaRosa Nashville
