I desperately need a Cava in every city and every state-think a Mediterranean Chipotle with (in my opinion) infinitely more options and flavor combinations. Even though Cava is a fast casual restaurant, the bowls and wraps taste so fresh. The condiments and sauces are flavorful and unique, adding a dimensional layer that is very enjoyable to taste. This place is the best food on broadway. Always fresh. Always friendly. Sky the guest experience manager actually checks on you while eating and Brenda who made my bowl was awesome! Get the right rice!
