I hated my visit here. $7 for a large combo. $2 extra for a scoop of fruit for the lemonade!!!! The health dept and better business bureau needs to step! All of them are NOT FROM AMERICA. CANNOT SPEAK A LICK OF ENGLISH. I usually don’t care but they acted as if I inconvenienced them!

I ordered food this week and it was canceled they did not deliver it to me I was asked to call the store I did and I I was then asked if I could come and get my food (no I was at work) so I ask for a refund and was told I have to call the delivery service because they canceled but I ordered on the app ? so I called them and was told I would have to go through Charles to get a refund. And also the same day right after this I order form an other store in the mall same delivery service brought me my food I just wanted my money back why is it so hard

It’s the Fresh Strawberry Lemonade that keeps me coming back!!!! I love Charley’s Cheesesteaks, I’ve never had any bad experience. The food is always fresh, fast, and good. I highly recommend trying the Bacon 3 Cheese Philly Cheesesteak and the ultimate fries it’s delicious.

My 14 year old ordered a sandwich with grilled onions ONLY. They still put lettuce tomatoes onions and mayo on it. When she asked for it to be fixed they told her no. When I went back to ask why he couldn’t fix her sandwich he rudely stated I asked her twice what she wanted. Even with the receipt saying grilled onions only he insisted he wouldn’t remake her sandwich. Instead chose to give a refund. Horrible customer service.

Went there today April 5th. I've been there before and they had a turkey sandwich. After staring at menu for a few minutes noticed it didn't have it anymore. Was going to go else where the lady at the counter handed me a menu. I still didn't see it on menu which is fine you don't serve it anymore you don't. I asked her 4xs if they had turkey she said yes we do. So okay I'll have turkey with cheese and lettuce ultimate fries. Husband got the new sandwich with ultimate fries. They gave us both same sandwiches and he only got cheese and bacon fries. We paid 27 dollars. The employees were rude and didn't care I guess cause we already paid and wasn't an issue for them. Won't be back.

Ordered the Kentucky as a plate, not on a bun. I received a box with an open-face sandwich and absolutely no toppings. When I asked about my plate they kept repeating my order number and kept pushing the box towards me. $11+ for this mess?! No one spoke English or they acted like they didn't. ??????? Never again!

the food was delicious, but the workers display an extreme lack of customer service skills. there was an issue with my online order and the workers were acting annoyed, while i was trying to sort everything out. their faces and voices displayed annoyance. during the time that i went, it was an extremely busy, so i understand the immediate influx of customers, but that is no excuse.
For a mall cheesesteakery, it was a pretty good sandwich. Worth the stop while at opry mills.

I came on a Saturday the line was pretty long but was moving pretty fast. I came with my wife and kids from the beginning of our experience with the cashier to the end where we got our food was a great experience. Food was the best part. Definitely coming back!
