The workers here are all foreign, you can barely understand them, and that is if they even talk to you. I walked up to the counter, she said absolutely nothing and didn’t even look at me. I just waited, she finally looked at me and said “what you want?” I told her, she didn't even tell me how much. When she handed me my food, once again nothing, I needed my receipt and had to ask if the one sticking out the machine was mine and that I needed it, she simply handed it to me and again said nothing. I told her they were by far the worst Chick fil a and had no common courtesy, all she did was smirk at me.Whoever owns this one needs to fire at least her if not the entire staff based on what I witnessed with other customers. Definitely not what one expects from chick fil a when it comes to customer service and politeness.

The food is always good for fast food. My only thing with this chick fil a was when I used my app to get points or get my free shake. They were not honoring either. I was really disappointed with Chick-fil-a and hope they would compensate me ??

Very long line, and the employees never told customers in line that they were only selling 1 item on the entire menu... chicken biscuit. When we got to the front, we found that out. And saw them churning out biscuit after biscuit setting them out knowing they will sell because they were forcing us to 1 item. To top it off, no chickfila gift cards accepted at this chickfila.

You have better chance of finding higher quality food AND service in the BNA dumpsters than wasting your money here. Why does the staff even bother showing up to work if they just seem mad and depressed and take it out on the customers? Might as well just file for unemployment. Staff is unnecessarily rude and food is highly mid. There’s a saying the staff would benefit from: “ it’s free to just be a decent human being”. I’m not looking for a “hello” or “thank you” but simply not to be treated like a second class human. This place needs to be shut down or re-staffed cause current employees working there clearly don’t want to work there at all.

I'm not really a big fan of Chick-Fil-A but it was close to my terminal gate and I needed something in my stomach. I ordered a Chicken Sandwich and Waffles Fries. The meal was okay but the restaurant was packed as other people love the fast food chain.

Just like Chik Fil As across the country, this restaurant provided quick service relative to the length of the line. It is located over on the A/B gate side. C/D gate passengers just have to walk to the right of exiting security. The line was out into the center of the court. I had ordered/received my food within 15 minutes of joining the long line. The staff were friendly and courteous at 7 a.m. The chick’n minis, hashbrowns, and lemonade were fresh and delicious. This restaurant is not on the Chik Fil A app so I could not scan my app to get points for mu purchase.

yum! great food,average for any cfa. sad it's closed on sundays, those folks fault . wouldn't recommend limited edition pimento cheese samwhich too much honey too sticky many jalapeños. music was good, pretty busy normally. service was fast, love to use curbside pickup and mobile order.
