Typically completes orders quickly, but during the lunch rush it can take awhile for them to get your order ready sometimes. One time I ordered a chicken sandwich and told the lady at the counter to add cheese to it, and she did, no problem. However, I requested this with a different worker and she said the sandwich didn't come with cheese lol... I also ordered a cookie with my order once and didn't get it. Don't know if I paid for it or not as I didn't get a receipt, but I'm pretty sure the order-taker heard me, the one bagging the orders just forgot to put it in. I was in a big hurry, so I didn't worry about it. But from now on, I always check the bag to make sure everything's there.Wheelchair accessibility: Located in the food court at the Bennett Campus Center, which has a wheelchair-accessible ramp to get in.

In short, I think the biggest problem with this place isn’t the food. It’s the lack of professionalism. They only say “my pleasure” sometimes, never tug in their shirt, and their choice of words is informal. The food ranges from mediocre to alright. Overall very disappointing by Chickfila’s standards.
